Joyce was very responsive and lovely to communicate with. The home is older but has such a wonderful charm and history to it. The property grounds are huge and well maintained but there were lots of bees and mosquitos so make sure to pack some bug repellant. The heated pool is the highlight of the home, it was perfect for a summer getaway. The home is also located a few minutes walk to the adorable little town. Highly recommend and thank you for your hospitality!

Lavender Hill could not be a better escape - the beautiful grounds, exquisite Victorian home and inviting swimming pool, simply perfect! Host Joyce is highly organized, and the home is ready to be lived in from the moment you walk in the door.

Lovely historic property very well maintained. Short walk Bellport restaurants, shops and ice cream. Wonderful large swimming pool. Perfect spot for family holiday! Host, Joyce, is responsive and readily available.

This historic property was beautiful and spacious. Whether it was dining around the dinner table, relaxing on the porch or swimming in the pool everything was lovely. The location made it easy to walk to historic Bellport as well.
