Bellevue - Gulf Access Pool Home - Tiki Hut & Dock

Very relaxing. Spent most of our time outside around the pool. First time renting on the water. Enjoyed that very much. Very nice neighborhood. Just a little issue with the wifi which was corrected in about a day. Thanks to Kat for getting the wifi fixed.

Loved the property. Beautiful home! Everything was updated. Perfect for 5 people. The pool and dock areas were perfect! Not only did the outside patio have a large dining area, but also cushioned chairs to relax under the fans in the shade, and lounge chairs as well as bar stools out on the dock under the tiki hut/canopy. Perfect for fishing or enjoying the view on the canal day or night. Great experience throughout the whole process and stay. Enjoyed working with Vanessa. She was very responsive and accommodated the few inquiries/requests we had, which really helped out our visit and schedules.

Truly what I and my kids needed to decompress and unwind for Spring Break! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and home all week, we never wanted to leave the house which speaks volumes on how tastefully done and accommodating the home is! Kudos to the managing agent and owners! We are already discussing returning next year! Thank you! An absolute pleasure to work with!

We loved this house. It felt comfy and cozy. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with nice dishes and utensils, etc.. They could have supplied a few more washcloths. We only had 3 for the 4 of us. We loved the location and being on a canal was extra special. We definitely will be coming back for another visit! We can bring our own washcloths! Ha Ha! The only issues we had was when we first arrived, the lockbox didn't work. We called the office and they told us a different code to use, which didn't work as well. Luckily they could tell us the code to the key box and we could finally get it in. They were going to get back with us, so that we could use the lockbox, but we never heard back. The key worked fine though, so it wasn't a big issue.

The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Location was great, within minutes to beaches and restaurants. The outdoor area was wonderful and extremely relaxing. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank You for such an amazing carefree vacation! We enjoyed our stay very much and have reserved the home again for a future stay. The Vesteva team is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. We have dealt with them for years and have found them to be the very best in the area.

Beautiful view from by the pool with south exposure. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Just wish the pool had a hand rail as I had trouble getting in and out without one. Also note just FYI that my F150 Ford pick up with crew cab and short box was too long to fit and in the garage. Very pleasant! Just wish we would have been given notice of not being available same time next year sooner. Eva e-mailed but I told her we would like to see the property first as we would have definitely rented for next year but she didn't tell us it would be otherwise taken.

From walking in to leaving it behind we couldn't have asked for a more inviting, peaceful and enjoyable stay. Top notch! We are ready to book again...
