Belle Vue Estate: Mountain Views and Private Hot Tub

Prior to check in most contact with the host was AI generated. Loved the location and convenience of public transportation. For the quality of home, the common area furniture was far less than comfortable and in very poor condition ie. plywood under the cushions for support. Maintenance responded very quickly and was very friendly in addressing small issues that arose.

Enjoyed the location and split level, offering separation for 3-families with their kids. We already indicated the couch in the living room was very tired looking/uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We also would recommend larger humidifiers, as the air was very dry. Overall, a very nice stay with great views of the fireworks and mountain decline over New Years Eve.

Pictures are misleading. We have rented with Summit Mountain Rentals quite a few times in the past and have always had good experiences with the properties until this house. SMR did provide us exceptional customer service, but that won’t make up for the fact that this house needs a total face lift and all the furniture needs renewed.

Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too.

It was easy to get to town and we could easily hike from the house. We would definitely rent this house again. FYI... we found out the first night that the heater on the main floor did not work, and they sent a repairman out right away. However, he was not able to fix the problem, so he said a plumber was going to need to come out. That did not happen during the week we were there.

Watching the New Year’s fireworks from the hot tub was a first! House was as advertised and decently equipped. Shuttle was very convenient. Lots of space for two families of 5. Lower level has a very nice space to get ready for the slopes and afterwards.

My family was long overdue for a Holiday vacation and in November of last year, my dad had been diagnosed with the beginning stages of dementia. We made the decision to go to Breck as a family for Thanksgiving this year and it was the best decision we ever made. From booking this beautiful home to check-in, touching base with us during our stay, to check-out, we could not have asked for better service or an easier process. They assisted us with getting a crib for my niece, provided information on discounted ski gear, and loaded us up with tons of firewood for the week. The house is so beautiful and has some of the most amazing views! Perfectly situated 5 mins from town. We absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at the Belle Vue!

The house is in a nice neighborhood convenient to downtown Breckenridge, but still has beautiful views. The twin mattresses need to be replaced but the bigger beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Breckenridge.

Unfortunately the owner clearly hasn’t maintained or improved this house much over the years. The couches need to be replaced asap, the beds were not comfortable and had very low quality sheets (I’d rather bring my own than sleep on the ones provided), the old shag carpet needs to be replaced asap. One of the bedrooms, located downstairs, and restroom looks like they have been updated, but would assume this was due to a water leak of some kind because the room is located directly below the kitchen and there were no other updates in the rest of the house (leading me to believe they did the improvements because they were forced to). In addition to the items mentioned, there were many indicators the owner needed to put some love into this house. Even a minimal amount of improvements and charge more for property. The summer price reflects what you’ll get in renting this place. I won’t be returning to this property.

2 families (9 total) stayed 5 nights. We had plenty of room and had a great time. The house was clean, had amazing views and the teens enjoyed the hot tub. There are 3 floors and 2 separate living areas. Just minutes from town.

We had everything we needed and the drive to main was short and quick. The couches need replaced. The springs were broken on the upstairs couch and the downstairs couch is pretty worn. There is about 3 foxes that live near the house. The neighbors must feed them. They were in our yard and would come up to you, but will back off if you clapped loud or told them to go away. Overall I would recommend this house for your stay in Breck!!
