Belle Vista top and bottom 4 bedroom beach cottage in Orange Beach Alabama by Prickett Properties

Host was very informative and check in process was easy. The home was beautiful with very nice upgrades, spacious and very clean! We had a Wonderful stay :) My only concern was Beach access while the 1 site walkable down at the end of a short road the other listed across from the home was inaccessible due to a fence with no gate :( Overall it was a very lovely stay with my family and we were very happy in our time there

This property has the perfect location, centrally located and convenient access to the beach. It’s private on a quiet street with direct beach access. The home has everything you need & was very clean. We rented the whole home but our guests loved having their own kitchen downstairs to cook when they wanted. The oversized deck was the perfect spot for an evening cocktail & to watch the fireworks! Thank you to PRICKETT Properties for hosting us, you’re a great management company.

Property was just as described. Great stay. I would recommend. The only thing I wish was included in the details (or if it was, I missed it) is the top and bottom units do not connect from the inside. They are stand alone separate condos that must be accessed from the outside only to get to each other.

We've been going to OB for approximately 15 years and this was our first time at this property. Nice house just steps away from the beach. Reached out to let them know the hot water heater wasn't working for our shower and that the pulls for our furniture were broken off and couldn't open and close without rigging it. I believe we reached out the next morning after we arrived. They said they would send someone out. On our 3rd day we received a call around 9:00 pm from someone asking if we wanted to just wait until the following day because it was so late. We said that was fine. Never heard back from them and never got the hot water heater going. The only other issue was that there is no closet in the upstairs unit with the king bed. Nice home and convenient to the beach. Disappointing to pay that much and not have the hot water heater fixed.

We LOVED this property! So nice and close to the beach, made having a 10 month old on vacation much less stressful.

We booked the top and bottom of the house. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the amount of people we had. The walk to the beach was very easy. Very impressed! The only con is that the water in the showers takes a while to get hot and the pressure is low. But we would definitely stay here again!

We had both the top and bottom units for our stay. My parents were in the top unit with one of our kids (so they didn’t have to share a bathroom), and my husband and I were in the bottom unit with another child (and shared bathroom). It was great being so close but still having our own space, and the beach access could not have been more convenient. The location was also amazing for shopping and restaurants and was about halfway between where our son was staying with his baseball team and where all of their games were played. We had several issues that we called maintenance about and they were prompt and super friendly. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
