The “Belle of Belton” is a vacation rental in Belton, Texas on about a ½ acre lot within the picturesque Norman Place Subdivision. This lovely home is situated just a few minutes from the historic downtown area where visitors can enjoy fabulous dining, shopping and walk or bike the paved trails of Nolan Creek. The Belle is in close proximity to Chalk Ridge Falls - a must for nature lovers and hikers. The home is about 6 miles to scenic Lake Belton. The Belle, built in 1956,celebrates the uniqueness of the 50’s with stunning hardwood floors and large, plentiful windows. The home boasts approximately 3000 square feet, 4 comfortable bedrooms with 2 and two ½ baths, an amazing living room, a perfect game room, an extensive covered back patio, and a dream backyard with a pool, hot tub and shower house. The kitchen features upgraded appliances and seating in dining areas provide plenty of room for large families. In addition to central air conditioning, guests are treated to zone control air conditioning in both king bedrooms and game room. Please note that if the dates you are seeking are not available at this location, you might want to check out our other VRBO just down the street called “Ginger House”. It’s really nice too,  and has a game room, swimming, pool, and hot tub as well.

It is a common occurrence for the number of guests you expect to fluctuate. Pricing is set to help accommodate smaller numbers of guests, and we ask that each additional guest over the number of 6 pay an additional $25 per night. You must inform us of the number of guests, and keep us updated when there are changes.

This is a pet friendly property. We are pet owners, and we understand the difficulties associated with finding accommodations for our furry family members. Therefore, we have made The Belle of Belton available to those with animals. However, we incur additional cleaning costs and extra cleaning measures are taken. You MUST declare your pet(s) (No matter how small), and there is a fee which will be assessed. ($75) This fee helps us keep this property pet friendly!
