Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great outdoor get together areas! All around the house to avoid the sun after sunrise, and to see the sunset. Great view all around and really a quiet separated neighborhood. The way the home was built was fun to talk about as well.

Stayed Sep 17, 2020We stayed here to celebrate my moms 64th birthday. There was enough space for my family and enough activities at the house to keep us entertained. I was freaking out packing extra stuff to make sure we did not have to keep running around. However the house had everything we needed. What really made the trip so special was the host! He responds super quick and address any concerns quickly. He provide ideas and helped any way possible. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 8, 2020Our family enjoyed ourselves just being together so I'll start with the positives. There was a nice big yard and the wrap around porch was wonderful. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub was fun, and there was a spectacular view. It was not far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Now the negatives, there were no doors on some of the rooms and bathrooms There was duck tape on the bathtub and the shower curtain hung 5 inches into the tub so that you stood on it when showering. The shower head was only 5 feet from the floor. Not enough plates, cups, silverware in the kitchen. The plumbing was poor so you could not do your business in some of the toilets. There was really not a river access. We looked many times. It rained some while we were there and there were leaks in the roof.
