This brand new house is located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Just a drive to our beautiful coastline, the house allows you to enjoy our areas most desired beach! At the property, you will enjoy the backyard area - an ideal spot for peaceful relaxation or family gatherings! On top of that, you will notice stunning upgrades throughout the home - making this the ideal spot for a luxurious family beach vacation.



The Space:

It is our top priority toprovide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway. No street parking allowed. No garage parking.



Entry: Self check-in with keypad. Use of stairs is required to access 3 of the bedrooms, the loft, and multiple bathrooms. **There is a ring doorbell at the front door**



Living Area: Spacious seating area. Perfect for the whole family.



Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine.



*New & comfortable beds throughout the house*



Bedroom 1: Downstairs. King bed with an attached full bathroom.



Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Queen bed.



Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Two queen beds.



Bedroom 4: Upstairs. Bunk bed.



Bathrooms - 3.5 bathrooms (3 full and 1 half).



Loft: Sleeper sofa.



Washer & Dryer - Private, in-house, machines!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves (other than locked owners closets).



The Neighborhood:

Roughly 35 minutes to MYR Airport.



Getting Around:

Guests will have the private driveway (no garage parking) and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Max guest count is 12.



NO PETS.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
