Bella Vista Townhome w/ Deck Near Back 40 Trails!

2 bedroom 2 bath unit met our needs. Master bed was very comfortable (firm). There are a few things needing attention like closet doors and slow sink drain. More detail about types of coffee makers would be helpful.

Great location, easy to get to everything we needed. The property was super to deal with and accommodating to our arrival time. i will be looking to book the same place again on our next trip to the area.

Home was extremely clean. (There is one lamp next to the couch with a broken switch.)

Townhouse is in a great, quiet location of Bella Vista that has close access to everything. Neighbors of this rental are very friendly and sweet. Also very pretty being in the interior area of BV by nature and the walking trails. Having covered carport parking right out front was also very nice. The home appears to be newly renovated and has been done very well. It was a very comfortable stay and the home is well stocked with anything you need. The king bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable and had very nice high quality sheets on it. Only negative was the air fresheners were a little overpowering for my personal taste but they were easily unplugged so not a big deal for me. There was some gutter work being done during my stay and the rental company sent me a text letting me know which was very nice and had superior communication. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. It was a perfect rental in premium condition. It’s always refreshing when you find a diamond like this rental when you travel a lot.

The property is easy to locate and within a few miles from everything in the community. Mountain Bike trails are literally across the street. The greenway is in the front yard. The property was clean and well kept. We definitely would return in the future as we love the region.
