Welcome to *Bella Vista*, a Pool/Spa/RV desert paradise vacation home overlooking the mountain range between the upper and lower desert. Beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1,834sq ft home resides on a giant lot for ultimate space and privacy. Includes large 30ft long salt water pool (optional heating) and spa along with 30ft RV parking space. Walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Garden (one mile). Near golf, tennis, polo, music festivals, casinos, El Paseo, Joshua Tree, and other area attractions.

Bella Vista includes 3-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large 30ft long salt water pool with spa Jacuzzi, and more fabulous fun amenities! Completely private and uniquely positioned with no neighbors directly behind you. Located in a non-gated, very quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood street of La Quinta. The backyard looks out over the mountain range separating the lower and upper desert

The large, open kitchen features new cabinets along with granite countertops and includes cookware, microwave, oven, fridge with water/ice maker, a drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than eight people. There is also a wine refrigerator, mixer, and other kitchen items.

Living room features a 65 Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and other apps) with Direct TV programming. There is also a gas fireplace. Open floor plan with sight-lines to dining and kitchen areas.

Primary bedroom has a king size bed, 43 Smart TV, and private entrance to the pool/yard area along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a new soak tub, shower, and double vanity sinks. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 43 Smart TV. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed. Bathroom #2 has a shower and tub combo with double vanity sinks. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

Guests have full property access including two car garage. Plenty of street and drive way parking. A washer and dryer includes starter detergent pods. High speed wi-fi access throughout the property (even poolside). Internet speed is whopping 500mbps!

Beautifully kept and private paradise with amazing patio furniture, lovely flowers, and large hedges and walls for privacy. The pool is serviced twice weekly, the pool & spa are sparkling clean, and there are umbrellas, lounge chairs, and table with chairs for plenty of seating.

30ft RV parking next to driveway. 9ft wide gate to backyard can accommodate a trailer. Children friendly. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood cul-de-sac. Bella Vista is also centrally located to reach:

- BNP Tennis (less than 1 mile away)
- Empire Polo for Music Festivals and Polo (less than 7 miles away)
- El Paseo Shopping and Restaurants (10 mins by car)

Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.

Detailed kitchen items for reference: Blender, Handheld Mixer, Can Opener, grater, large knife, mixing bowls, spatulas, peeler, coffee maker, large spoons, tongs, colander, pots and pans, cutting boards, cookie sheets, glass baking dishes, dish towels, eating utensils - forks, spoons, knives, plates, salad plates, bowls, coffee cups.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Other Rules to Note:
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival.

- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 4hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
