Stayed Oct 27, 2025Really enjoyed our time, and beautiful place. However, the upstairs balcony was closed due to having issues (sniff, sniff), and a lot of minor wear and tear evident (towel racks falling off of wall, coffee table, balcony swing, etc.).

Stayed Jul 2, 2025The property was nice however, it is run down and several things need repairs as well as if it rains, the balcony on the 2nd floor leaks everywhere from the roof. The king bed on the first floor had a hole in the middle that you would sink in. The beach access code that was given was wrong and the WiFi code that was written on the information sheet was wrong. I tried to communicate by email several times and there was no answer till practically 1 day before my rental ended, I was able to get a hold of the person that manages the property and he did give us the details needed. Other than those issues the property was fine! Would not recommend for elderly people or anyone with problems going up and down stairs.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025We enjoyed our time at this property. The resort style pool is perfect for kids and adults alike, easy beach access and plenty of space for a large group. The balconies are great spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wind down. The kitchen was well appointed and the location is very close to shopping.

Reviewer Comments: Nice location, close to the gulf of America, peaceful and quiet neighborhood.Many good choices of restaurants nearby. Winn-Dixie, grocery store few blocks away.I Mediterranean feel to the neighborhood. Good pool good spa.I would recommend this home for three couples or less with two children or less. Overall, home is in good shape, but does show some ware.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025Aron was attentive to our calls. The location was fantastic right across the street from the beautiful beach. The condo was perfect for a family although lots of stairs. The floors were a bit on the dirty side as we had to wipe up a slight spill when we arrived. The kitchen has plenty of cookware , plates utensils but no extra frills not even salt and pepper.We were a little disappointed the pool was not heated but we had the hot tub to suffice. Overall it was a great stay. II would definitely recommend this condo.

Stayed May 23, 2024I enjoyed my stay here it’s like we was staying in a mini castle… very clean with easy check in. The only problem was how many steps was in the property if you have older ppl in your party or handicap, overweight ppl i wouldn’t book this…. OTHER THAN THANT THIS IS DESTINES BEST KEPT SECRET
