Bella Dunes - Luxury Oceanfront Home, Steps from Jobos Beach

We had an amazing time! Tim and Lori were very accommodating and have an amazing place! It was a perfect location to where our nephew was getting married! We loved our time there!!

We stayed at Bella Dunes for the second time this past week and once again, our stay was truly amazing. It is luxurious, just as pictured but better given so many amenities. Everything- as the teens said was IMMACULATE! Just stunning and spectacular. We were traveling w a senior couple this time (my aunt and uncle) and they also loved and enjoyed the house! We can't wait to return to our home again and look forward to our next stay-thanks so much Lori and Tim!!

Our family (including 2 young kids) had a magical stay here. The home is impeccably constructed; very spacious, clean, and with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury rental. Things we especially enjoyed: the included beach & pool toys chairs floats; being able to commute to a wide variety of restaurants by walking down the Jobos beach (we never got in our car once!); the secluded and private nature of the home; all the cozy & scenic sitting areas. Don't hesitate to rent this home- it was the highlight of our stay in Puerto Rico!

Great house, kitchen, pool and property. Close to restaurants via short drive or walk on beach. Family of 5 and had plenty of room. We will be coming back. Hostess Francie was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was great for our 3 adult couples. Fantastic location on the beach. Lovely swimming pool. Loved walking on the beach to get breakfast at Umas. Also can recommend 'inHouse Chef' for a meal cooked in the kitchen. Also recommend Katarina in RIncon for catamaran snorkeling and sunset cruises.

We did our 10 year vow renewal here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Amazing location, stunning accommodations and very helpful contact with Francie! Tim even called before and told me all the amazing things to do while we were there. Couldn’t have imagined our renewal without it.

Our family of 7 (all adults) had a great time staying at Bella Dunes over Christmans - the house is lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We were welcomed by Francie and her daughter who gave us a comprehensive tour of the house and grounds and gave us lots of good advice about where to find groceries, etc. The location of the house is amazing, wonderful views of the ocean and a short walk down to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Jobos which has a great beach and fun restaurants with good local food. The beach right in front is great for taking walks but is not a swimming beach - too rocky and surf is dangerous but there's swimming at Jobos - there you just have to be very careful of the rip currents. It was always great to come back to the house after a full day of activities and enjoy taking a dip in the pool and sitting and watching the sunset from either the rooftop patio or the terraces outside the 2 master bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner when we chose to stay in (there are lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive). All in all, we loved our week there and hope to be back one day!

This is by far one of the most beautiful and well-appointed homes in which we've stayed. The owners and property manager were always available for questions. Francie, the property manager, was there when we arrived to show us the property and the many wonderful amenities. The beach in front of the house was beautiful, but was not swim-friendly because of the rocks. It was, however, great for walks. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
