This lovely 3 bedroom end unit sleeps 10, featuring an open concept living, dining and kitchen complete with a large back patio to enjoy those long summer evenings. For those looking to get some exercise in, the home includes a Peloton bike!

ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, and a 5,000 square foot resort style pool. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies under the stars as well as features live music on their very own stage.

BEACH ACCESS: Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten minute walk. Beach service is not provided here.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    House was spotless, golf cart was a challenge could have been me! Loved being close to the big chill. Beach was close and never founded it over crowded like Facebook states. The free bonfire was very fun the bikes were fun to!

    Home was clean and beds comfortable. Golf cart was a bit slow. Prominence has lost its charm for sure. We will probably be staying in seagrove or seaside from now on. Security in prominence is rude and harasses kids. 30a beach girls was wonderful they throw a great bonfire and helped us with a dolphin cruise.

    Great stay, fanatic location. Bonfire night was what the kids loved. Beach was not an issue not overcrowded like we seen online. Didn't really use the cart, we did use the bikes a ton. 30a beach girls was awesome, having them go to Publix instead of us was maybe my favorite moment. Thankful! Would stay again.

    Gorgeous home! We fully enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, inviting home! The service amazing, free bonfire night was fun! My kids loved s'mores and corn hole. The area pool was crowded but still enjoyable.

    My family spent an amazing week at this location and loved every minute of it. The place was exactly as we were expecting and it was close to everything in 30a. I would highly recommend this house for a family vaca. Everyone at 30a beach girls was extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of, their bonfire was so FUN! Do yourself a favor and book this place!

    Excellent family Home close to hub and beaches. Easy check-in process and great communication with the property manager. Easy walk down to hub and a bit longer walk to beach and short drive to seaside. The house was very clean and the mangers give you free bonfires. Our first beach bonfire. It was the best time!

    My family and I had a fabulous stay here. It was exactly what we needed. Home was spotless and 30a beach girls was easy to work with. Everything was walking distance and easy to get to. We had everything we needed here. It was clean, nicely decorated close to the beach and hub. Perfect!
