Believe is a 5BR Fort Morgan Beach House for 12 with an EV charger

When we got there, there were a lot of things that needed repaired. Bottom step on the stairs going up to the house, the support underneath was rotten and not supporting the step. There were two light fixtures on the top floor that had water in them and had to keep a bucket under one light fixture. These light fixtures had to be replaced, but not until after we were checked out.Smoke detector hang off the wall by wires.Direct tv cables, boxes hanging down the wall. Remotes with dead batteries.HVAC fixture very dirty.Empty cans in a box in dresser drawer.Nightstand door hang on by top screw only.Washer had a lot of cardboard pieces in it and rusty.Dryer had a lot of cardboard pieces in it and in lint catcher.Coffee maker was not working very well at all.Gas grill in the garage was falling apart and needed supports added to it so it would stand.Trim pieces off the shower in the master suite bathroom shower laying on the half wall that fell off.Light bulbs burnt out and light fixture not working in the master suite shower.No rails to hang any clothes in the closets in the master suite.Maintenance had to be there the first 3 days to work on all the issues.The yard had trash all the way around it and very tall grass.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The house had plenty of space for all of us. We had an issue with the AC unit and the property manager had someone out there that evening to get it working again!! Everything was wonderful.

No issues with us all being able to dine together, plenty of hot water for multiple showers at once and the air stayed cool the whole time. Be prepared for stairs galore, but with so much room to spread out it's a small price to pay. Our only real complaints were the lack of seating in the living room; a large sectional would fit well and is much needed and no vacuum for us to use during our stay. We swept multiple times a day and it was a chore for sure. All and all we all agree this was a wonderful spot and we stay again!

Our family of 11 recently spent Thanksgiving week at the beach in this perfectly appointed house. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beach was just a 3 minute walk away! We will be back!!

Updated features in the kitchen, an elevator to all levels and a large capacity ice maker made the stay even better. The home was spacious allowing everyone space to visit, play games or just get away for some quite. This is a must do again for us.

We, our family of 10, (4 children, 6 adults) had the most wonderful stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. It was roomy for kids to run around and we all enjoyed it so much!! The kitchen is well equipped and everything was as pictured. We have already rented it again for next year!!
