Stayed Apr 10, 2025My Husband and I were staying at this property with my parents for a long weekend to visit our daughter. We were in town for the annual University of Kentucky Greek Sing and visit to Keeneland. The property was great. Very clean, spacious, and conveniently located to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. It was a short drive to Rupp Arena and to Keeneland.I think the owner wanted to meet us for check-in, but when they realized we weren't going to be there until pretty late, they decided to send us the codes to enter the property. I think there was an issue with VRBO app and there were a few delays in the communications, so I didn't get the check-in info until we got to the property. That gave me a little anxiety (I think it was more of an app issue, not a property owner issue), but if we had the info sooner, it wouldn't have been an issue.The only complaint we had is that there was a noise that came from the downstairs- a constant thumping kind of sound. It started VERY early in the morning. I think it may have been associated with the business downstairs??? Unfortunately, my husband and I are very light sleepers so we did not sleep very well during the trip. If it wasn't for that, we would have given this property a full 5 stars.
