BEAUTY AND THE BEACH- BEACHFRONT MANSION, HEATED POOL

This location is fabulous. The view is stunning regardless of the time of day. You can see the sun rise on the Sound and set on the Gulf. The house was clean and everything that was promised stated was provided. The property management company was very helpful and responded expeditiously to a couple small issues we needed addressed. Our grocery order was packed to perfection, and every item was delivered. The elevator was greatly appreciated. It made getting our bags in and out a breeze. I do suspect the pictures used to advertise this house are probably from shortly after completion in 2013 as the owners have not maintained this property. It’s worn and in need of repairs. North Captiva is stunningly beautiful with clean beaches full of shells not people. The Island is quiet and peaceful. The lack of traffic and remote location is a great respite from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. It's really a special place with a plethora of wildlife both in and out of the water. Take bug spray and sunblock. It was a lovely week spent with family albeit the disappointing condition of house.

The house was really good very comfortable at the property manager checked in with me every step of the way to make sure our stay was unbelievable.

We love the low key atmosphere of the island. This home is private and large. It has plenty of space and amenities. Definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Beauty and the Beach! Very spacious house. Pool provided many hours of fun for our family. Proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Lots of beach towels provided. Shally’s did a great job supplying groceries ahead of time. While it seems expensive, it definitely makes arrival easier. North Captiva is so fun if you’re properly prepared!

I don't think there is a better property on the island. The pool is very private. You are a short walk from the beach, and the sunsets are breathtaking. This property has it all!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Beauty And The Beach. There were some initial issues due to Hurricane Debby, but they were ironed out before our arrival. It's a great location with a short private walk to the beach and a nearby sand bar. Our granddaughters loved the pool. Communication with the Property Managers could have been a bit better.

14 family members from grandparents to grandchildren. Wonderful adventure. Would definitely do again

We enjoyed every second of our stay. We had 3 families with a total of 15 people. There is so much room in this house that we never felt crowded. The location has amazing views, the pool was a perfect place to cool off after a beach day. We loved having two golf carts to be able to sight see around the island and easily take fishing and boating items to the boat. No complaints here! If we had any items come up, property management was quick to respond and take care of things. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!
