Beautuful Dog Friendly with Private Pool & Jacuzzi, Game Room, BBQ, Lazy River & Clubhouse, Free WiFi!!

Overall great layout for large or multi family stay, but many issues including:Oven door broken, falls apart and is dangerous and one main oven burner does not work.Heat in pool is not getting to expected paid for temp.One toilet upstairs will not flush without plunger.Outside grill hard to light and not able to vary heat, one burner knob not working.Carpet upstairs in really bad shape.Messaged owners about issues over 24 hours ago and still have not received a response.magical

Security. Nice house.

We stayed a week but when we arrived we had to clean up game room full of lentils on floor and throughout the house. Not all the tv's worked and the grill outside was not clean, it h a d some puddle of greasr on floorr we had to keep our dogs away from. No other major problems. Hosts would respond promptly to our questions and rest of our stay was enjoyable.

The property was great only dislike was the check in at the gate was slow but it could've been because of the HBCU CLASSIC. Other then that everything was great.

Pet friendly. Decently clean. The carpets could be replaced but were clean. Wonderful setup. Game room was so fun. Bunk bed was loose and squeaky but my toddler loved the Disney theme!Property management company was so nice and responsive when we were having issues with the hot tub and grill and had someone come right out to fix them!Would recommend and return.

Loved the size of the house - the pictures did not do the property justice... it is so much larger than it appeared! Also appreciated that it was a beautiful and pet friendly space so that we wouldn't have to leave our dog at home with a sitter while we were on vacation. It legitimately felt like a home away from home for all of us. The kids loved the special touches in all of the kids rooms (the themes) and the adults were big fans of the ground floor and 2nd floor masters. We got good use out of the pool while we were there as well. Would definitely recommend this house to bigger families for a nice relaxing stay! Only cons - It was not too far from Disney but it was a hike to Universal due to traffic. We also had some issues with the door lock.

Plenty of room, perfect for family vacation

Great home in a great location. Unfortunately we walked into low fire alarm batteries that kept us up for the first night. Otherwise I definitely recommend this home for your stay.

Carpets were stained, expose tax strip in downstairs bedroom, living room, TV remote had no batteries, the icemaker wasn't working, island chairs in the kitchen are peeling, outside table peeling, no darts as advertised, Toy story bed, filling, apart, extinguisher, not up-to-date, and front right burner on stove, not working. Also towel and one of the upstairs bathrooms was rolled up, and when we went to use it, it was full of grass and dirt.

Huge house. Bang for the buck was great. A little tough with gate entrance traffic but other than that a great stay.

Property was beautiful and my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The property was awesome. More than enough space for our extended family. There was a problem with the hot tub but the management group had it fixed within a day. Would highly recommend this place.
