This Canyon Crossing condominium is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the bells and whistles! With two large living spaces, 3 full bedroom suites and a den with two sets of bunks there is plenty of space in this beautiful, quiet location. It is located in the Prospector Square area in a truly convenient location for exploring everything Park City has to offer. Situated about 300 yards from the free bus stop that will take you to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. Granite counters and beautiful hardwood floor give this condo a wonderful mountain feel. It has a multi-level floor plan, with the garage and kitchen/great room at street level as well as a half bathroom and the laundry area. From this level, going up, are three bedrooms including a luxurious master suite. The entire lower level is the family/entertainment room with bunk beds and a full bathroom.

Living Room: Located adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas, with a gas burning fireplace, comfortable leather couch and a cozy love seat this is the perfect place to socialize over apres ski cocktails!

Kitchen: Granite counter top, lots of wonderful appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, very well equipped for cooking with all the appliances/utensils you'll need, separated from living room area by a counter/bar island.

Dining Room: Seating for 8 plus 2 bar stools at the kitchen island.

Bedrooms:
Master – Queen bed, flat screen TV, adjoining bathroom with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower stall, cozy seat for relaxing, access to a private deck.
Second – Queen bed, bathroom just outside in hall.
Third – Two twin beds, bathroom just outside in the hall.
Additional Bedding – 2 sets ‘Captain’s bunks’ (queen on bottom/twin on top) in the large family room downstairs. See below for full description of this room.

Large family/entertainment room on downstairs level. It has a full bathroom, two sets of ‘Captain’s bunk’ beds, 55 flat screen HDTV, super-comfy sofas and a gas burning fireplace. There is also a counter height table for playing games with the group! Sliding doors open to a covered deck right on the famous Park City Rail Trail.

    With three floors we could spread out very well. Enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Very convenient location, short drive to the slopes and grocery store. Cooked almost all of our meals there. Nice to have a 2 car garage. Enjoyed our stay.
