Stayed Mar 2, 2025We chose this home given its proximity to the Pinellas Trail as we were on a biking road trip through Florida. The home was perfect for us with lots of open space and modernized kitchen. We also loved being able to put our bikes in the garage and our large SUV fit too. The neighborhood was quite and tucked away but close to the trail for easy access and of course the access to the beaches was awesome too. It was super clean and Jeff was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 24, 2024My family stayed at this home while we explored the area. It was easy to get to the grocery and the beaches. The beds were comfortable. It was family friendly with the fenced in backyard and was not decorated with lots of breakables. We have 3 young boys and they loved the house! The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We rarely saw the neighbors. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with before and after our stay. There are not any bells and whistles to this house but we did not need any, so we loved it.

Stayed Mar 4, 2023The house was updated and very clean, close to beaches and the Pinella Bike Trail. A quick drive into Clearwater. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was great and easy to get ahold of. We had a dryer breakdown while there. I called the owner at 9:30 am. By 6:00 we had a new dryer.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This was our second year we stayed at this house and it was great again. We love the area and the close drive to the beach. The owners are wonderful and had the house fully stocked with all the stuff for the beach and house stuff. Overall, my family had a another fun memorable vacation.

Stayed May 13, 2022Beautiful home in a lovely calm neighborhood. The house layout was perfect, pretty much 2 master bedrooms. We had more than enough space. Everything was really clean and stocked, there were towels, blankets, beach chairs, toys for kids and much more. The house was modern and had a refreshing feel to it. Would definitely reccomend and will be back in the future!
