Our modern house is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge from your busy day life. Every single room has lots of light, clean lines and cozy decor.
The master bedroom offers a comfy king size bed with hybrid mattress, room darkening curtains, plenty of closet space, en suite bathroom with shower and 55 LED TV.

The second bathroom with tub/shower is located in the hallway between both bedrooms. All of our bathrooms are stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up remover wipes.
The second bedroom has queen size bed, plenty of closet space, room darkening blinds and curtains and 50 LED TV.

The open concept living area features a pull out couch, 70 LED TV, brand new fully stocked kitchen and dining area.

The screened-in patio invites you to enjoy a glass of wine under string lights with a beautiful view.
Enjoy the beautiful weather outside even at night relaxing in the lounge chairs in the backyard with landscape lights.
If you like to grill your fresh caught fish we also have a charcoal grill ready for you.

Washer and dryer are located in the one car garage.

All of our TV’s provide Sling TV.

We provide beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, beach toys and an umbrella for your family trips to the beach.
If you are traveling with small kids we have kids dinner ware, bottle warmer, high chair, booster seat, pack’n’play incl mattress and blanket, kids towels, potty, baby bath, beach toys and outlet covers.

If your trip isn’t purely for pleasure, you can set up your work station anywhere in the house with the foldable desk.


The property is equipped with two working security cameras. One is by the front door and the other one is in the back yard by the door leading into the garage. The camera start recording when there is motion.
