Beautifully Renovated Home Close to Most ATL Attractions

Our stay at this residence and with Cynthia ultimately wasn't what we were hoping for. Our original booking with Cynthia had a broken A/C unit that made it impossible to stay in during our three-night stay in Atlanta. Cynthia worked hard to fix the issue and ultimately was able to get us into a backup residence very close to our original booking, but a power outage our very first night and no shampoo or other toiletries made things miserable, particularly following an exhausting day of travel. With the inside being pitch dark and sweltering, particularly with six total people in our party, we stayed outside on the back deck for a significant portion of the evening, which was equally miserable given the amount of mosquitos and bites we suffered. We ended up sleeping without any A/C until the power came on around 5:00 the following morning. It, unfortunately, set the tone for the rest of our stay. Cynthia did offer us a $100 refund and a small care package, but declined to provide us with a full refund for our first night at the residence after a long day of traveling and the less than ideal conditions upon our arrival. We don't come to Atlanta often, but will look elsewhere should we make a return trip.

Trina and Cynthia are some of the best host! This Vrbo rental was actually double booked. They immediately called me to make it right and even offered me multiple properties for me and my friends to stay in instead! They knew it was my birthday and had a special surprise for me when I got there! They checked on me and my guests multiple times throughout my stay and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all Cynthia and Trina are GREAT hosts and I would stay at any one of their many properties!
