Beautifully Remodeled Home, Awesome Game Room, RV Parking, 3 Miles To Strip!

Great location. Clean and Cozy.

The set up of the house as well as location.

This house served our needs but was not well kept, would not stay here again. Holes in walls, loose hardware, missing handles to cabinets, burned out lights, rust in shower, worn furniture, some patio chairs broken. Paid for pool heat, but was still cold. Hot tub was dirty, jets didn't work, broken cover holder. Kitchen was not well stocked and the kitchen appliances were either missing pieces or not working well. Random assortment of kitchen utensils. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap. TV has no cable and the boxes and remotes/volume did not work. Air conditioner worked in some areas better than others.The beds were comfortable and having activities- pool table, poker table, shuffle board, pool was a plus.Location is close to the strip but not a very nice neighborhood, not close to many restaurants.Management responded quickly to pool heating issue, but only really warm for one day and then seemed to be off again. Not a deal breaker since the weather was hot.Kids had a good time, adults would have appreciated a little cleaner, nicer place.

We were in town for volleyball. It was easy to get to the convention center and food. Pool was fantastic after playing all day.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding. Our party of 12 enjoyed our time staying here. We all had plenty of room and the inside of the house was amazingly clean. The pool was an added bonus.

Fun house to hang out with family. Big game room. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of room.

It was everything we were looking for. Had a ton of fun.

Family for all over USA got together to celebrate Winter Birthdays. We decided no to rent a car so we could go out drinking. Conveniently located. Uber wherever we went was easy and affordable. Place very roomy and had what we needed. Quiet,safe neighborhood

This house was just as described. We would definitely rent again when in Vegas

Had a soccer tournament the weekend we stayed and the place was, for all intents and purposes, perfect for what we needed. Couple of small items like needing to adjust the thermostat a little to make the upstairs more comfortable, but otherwise worked out great. Location was a smidge out of the way, but that couldn't be helped since our games were all over Vegas.

Very spacious - Several areas in home to play games, hang out, watch movies or play pool. Property manager very thorough with details and helpful. Beds and bathrooms very clean. Average $20 uber to strip.

Great place, great location, quiet.

Great house for families of any age.. The man cave area, pool, and covered areas were the highlight of the house. Location is great with 2 grocery stores close by. Neighborhood is safe with wide streets if you like to run. Airport and strip are close by.

Great place and truly enjoyed ourselves. Centrally located near stores and hiking. I walk early in the morning and felt safe being alone. Being close to the strip Uber costs weren’t bad at all! Easy check in and check out. Really comfy beds and great game room. We were in the pool most of the time though. Definitely would rent this house again.

Pretty spacious house with 3 bathrooms. The pool was clean and there were plenty of beds with the 4 beds and 2 couch beds.
