Beautifully remodeled Boerne Charm home located minutes from downtown

Overall, our stay was good. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the treehouse! What kept it from being excellent were several small details. There were not enough towels (if it sleeps 14, you need at least 18 towels). The ceiling light in one bedroom was not working. The upstairs bathroom needs a motion-sensing night light (I moved a bedside lamp into it for our stay). We didn't have Kleenex or extra TP (although our host had them delivered quickly once we asked). Apart from these, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious , clean and nice big yard for kids with tree house and area for our Maltese to play comfortable place to stay . I would recommend this place for families.

The house IS beautiful and large but there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 5 towels for a party of 10 for 2 days. The upstairs bath had to be plunged several times and there were only 2 extra kitchen trash bags and half a roll of paper towels. Not set up for a large family at all. The outside lawn chairs were busted also. This is my 3rd house I have rented in Boerne and will not rent it again.

The host was incredibly friendly and rectified some issues we had with pet hair and lack of soap. We did know that the house is “pet friendly,” but did not expect there to be dog hair on the furniture, throw blankets, and bath mat. The host explained that they would be having a conversation with their cleaning service, as there was human hair in the bed linens, and in the showers. The sheets and towels are very old, pilled and rough. The mattresses are incredibly thin and very uncomfortable. The outdoor seating was very dirty and some was torn and very old. With just a bit of money spent, this rental would be great. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again when returning to Boerne. The house itself was pretty, and can accommodate a large group.

The Host was great and everything was in good shape. We wished we would of had more TIME.Maybe we can stay again next fall.

We stayed at this rental for over a month and loved it. It was in a great neighborhood, pretty quiet and nice to take walks in with our baby and dog. Everyone was so nice in the area. The house was just what we needed to stay in to get to know the area before buying a house. I feel like it was 5-8 minutes from everything we did in Boerne. Lots of trails to go to, shopping, grocery stores, etc. I will definitely recommend for family and friends who come to visit us to stay here!! Also, the house had everything we needed in the kitchen which was a HUGE plus for us !(pots,pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc).

The property is a good size and accommodated us well and we really enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues I just wanted to share so they can be fixed for the next guest. The smoke alarm battery in one room is low so it is constantly beeping, the upstairs shower/tub does not drain well, there is no bath mat in the upstairs bathroom, the fan in the upstairs TV room wouldn’t work and when we got there some breakers had blown so we had to switch them back on.

Other than a minor issue with the access code, our stay was flawless. This is a great house for large groups with or without kids. Excellent location. Convenient to everything you’ll need. We would definitely recommend this house.

We had a long weekend so we took advantage of the time and went to Boerne. We shopped, ate, and took the kids to the caverns. It was perfect for our 3 families to all stay together.

We needed a big place for a bridal party and this home worked great! Lot's of room and big back yard.

We had a wonderful time even though it rained! We shopped in Boerne and made it to the Fredricksburg parade. Always a good time with this group! The house was perfect and we had lots of leisure time.

Nice, place. Owner always replied quickly to the “issues”. Just a regular house semi close to shopping. Love the short walking trail in the back.

Great neighborhood and nice house, but if you plan to cook, bring cooking equipment. The kitchen isn't stocked very well.

Wonderful stay! We loved it! Very confortable home

Family from out of town would have been spread all over town had we not booked this property. And was a quick walk to the graduation ceremony! Home and hostess were lovely, the property is absolutely gorgeous!
