Stayed Apr 5, 2025My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. It was a great visit. Some of the positives of this property:- Great location for us. Less than 5 minutes from our son's house. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. Only 18 minutes to the airport.- Garage. So nice to park and enter the house through the garage.- AC worked great.- House stocked with a lot of condiments and other grocery items, which was unexpected.The only negative I have is the bedroom comforter was too warm and heavy. There may have been a lighter one somewhere but I failed to look for it.All and all, a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great neighborhood with a nice pool. We had a couple of minor plumbing issues but the host was very responsive and sent someone over right away. Definitely recommend.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025My wife really enjoyed this home. Very homey and comfortable. Had bicycles and rode the city trails, close to golf courses. Quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. This is our second time renting. Owners very responsive if you need them.

Stayed Feb 5, 2024We stayed for a month, location was excellent, close to all the amenities (shopping, baseball, hiking) we were interested in. Very Quiet neighborhood, close to the pool and hottub. We were advised in advance, HOA wasn’t heating the hot tub but on March 1st they did heat it. Pool was virtually empty every day, except for us crazy Canadians, enjoying the sun — we enjoyed the quiet and loungers there, and they had bathroom facilities there. House was clean, had everything we needed, and it was great having a garage. It also had an alarm system and locking gate to the backyard which we really appreciated as we had a bad experience with a breakin last year in Palm Springs. Definitely would consider renting here again if we come to Arizona next year.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023very nice property. well maintained and everything worked. we've stayed in condo's the last 2 years in scottsdale. problems with appliances etc. this worked out well with having a garage. since we golfed quite a bit, we didn't have to unload the car. my wife was very comfortable with the house and felt very comfortable. would stay there again for sure. we were there for 6 weeks.
