Beautifully maintained waterfront home w/ pool

Loved staying in this beautiful home!! The layout was perfect for us with the master bed/bath being on the opposite end of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in. It has a lovely screened in pool/patio that faces south along a canal. The neighborhood is quiet and Mackle Park was just 2 blocks away where there is a walking path around the lake and a nice playground. There is also a community center there which I would definitely check out more if we had more time. It’s about a 1 mile walk to the beautiful beach. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. I’d definitely stay there again.

House was nice, but with various deficits as e.g. Icemaker defekt, not clean in some corners, etc. However the location at a waterway was very nice, the beds have been very good, supermarkets not far away, but you need a car. The interaction with the rental organization was great.

This home is very comfortable and a great location.

The house has a great layout as well as a nice location near the park and Winterberry Drive to zip down to the beach. The owner / host took care to ensure we had a nice warm pool for our stay.

It was great from check in to check out, everything was clean and in order, the neighborhood was excellent very quiet and restaurants and shops very close distance and the beach it was beautiful. Thsnks

Reviewer Comments: Wir, eine kleine Familie von 4 Personen, waren für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist gut und ruhig gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Kanal, was toll ist, denn mit etwas Glück kann man dort Delfine sehen :-)Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch Charm. Innen war es ordentlich und sauber. Der Aussenbereich, also die Terrasse und der Pool waren leider nicht so sauber. Dies war sicherlich dem Umstand geschuldet, dass 2 komplette Screens fehlten. Diese wurden zwar am nächsten Tag unseres Aufenthalts repariert. Nach kurzem Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur kam der Besitzer selbst und hat den Pool sauber gemacht. Leider waren aufgrund des kaputten Screens viele Moskitos und Käfer auf der Terasse. Alles in allem fanden wir das Haus schön, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und wenn man hier und da ein klein wenig mehr Aufwand reinstecken würde, würde das Haus noch mehr strahlen.

Beautiful home with very nice homeowner. The kitchen was very well stocked and the pool was nice, but was very cold in the evenings. The owner remedied this, by leaving the heater on for more hours. The master bathroom and bedroom has some issues and we discussed with the owners and property managers. Marco Island as a whole was amazing, and the sunsets are beautiful at the beach. The WiFi was not good at all. Overall the home was spacious and was very comfortable.

The house was perfectly located and the neighborhood was pristine and quiet. Access to food, gas and beach was ideal.

However, some things need attention: Pool temperature was supposed to be 85 degrees, but it barely got above 75 degrees, wood trim needs to be repainted, chipped tile needs to be replaced.

Great place lots of pool supplies and toys in the garage. Don't buy noodles.
