The house was great, we loved the home and all the beach essentials included. The pool was great except after a few days it turned green and we had to wait for the pool company to come out and after they added more chlorine it was still too slimy to swim. It was clean for our family but it could use a deep clean. There were dust bunnies and dead bugs on some of the carpet. They should also add black out shades, the sun comes blazing in the bedrooms. I would rent again. And loved the dock!

Excellent location and a very clean property with all the amenities.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our family of 5. We used the hot tub and pool everyday. We also enjoyed the fishing gear as we fished off the dock every morning and evening. We caught a variety of fish and even saw some dolphins swimming by. We ended up renting a boat for a day and having the ability to pull up to the dock, load all our stuff up, and hit a couple of beaches was very convenient. All in all it was a great trip. Only one minor setback was that the house wasn’t cleaned by our check in time and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get in.

This property was absolutely beautiful! It was extremely clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The realty company & owner were responsive to all of our questions/requests & communication was flawless. The pool and outdoor areas were gorgeous. It was a perfect stay!

Many positive reviews with this one, so I will not repeat them but they were all very accurate!! Some of our takeaways; - The location and property condition was great! - The girls had a blast casting off the dock! - Pool area was a large part of our time! - One tiny little thing to note; are the No-see-ums (sand flies) we learned are unbelievable on the island. Strongly suggest you research and prepare, these things are no joke! That was the only negative thing we came across all week. We would like to thank the mgmt team that oversees the property and will definitely recommend this beautiful home!

We’ve rented in Marco and South Florida before and this rental did not disappoint. Beautiful home, spacious, clean, well appointed, and the dock is amazing for watching wildlife. We saw dolphins, jellyfish, sting rays, ospreys, and iguanas. We had an issue with the plumbing and owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, we had another issue, and while the owner was incredibly responsive, the rental company did not follow up with our concern.
