Beautifully furnished Barnstable home in the “center” of the action!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party, and my group could not have been happier or more impressed! I cannot express how beautiful this home is! The location is also great, and the private beach area is an amazing addition. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family enjoyed a fantastic week. There was plenty of space in the house for us all to spread out. The teenagers enjoyed the game room away from adults. The yard was perfect for playing soccer and the beach down the street was beautiful! Can’t say enough about it! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We hope ti return next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jackie’s property this August. The house was clean and plenty spacious for our entire family (6 adults 4 young kiddos). We appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed to prepare meals! The fenced in backyard was also great for the kids to run around. Jackie was quick to respond to messages and our check in/out process was seamless. Would definitely recommend!

It was our first visit to Cape Cod coming from the UK. We’re excited to explore this peaceful calm and peaceful coast. Choosing the right house for the family holiday was really important to us from the moment of booking we have been absolutely delighted with the hosts, fantastic communication and service and most importantly, the house is absolutely beautiful setting in lovely grounds. The house was spacious for our two families spread over two floors. The bedrooms are generous in size and the whole house is immaculate. Having recently been fully renovated. Literally two minutes walk away from a beautiful lake where we spent a day swimming canoeing and paddle boarding. I can’t rate this house highly enough will definitely be back.

This property is absolutely perfect. There were three families staying here and we all had enough space to spread out when needed or spend time together. The backyard is huge and the basement with the games and another TV room are absolutely amazing. The house itself was the most well-stocked house I've ever stayed in. Everything needed was included, along with a lot of things we never did need. Even small touches, like the hampers in the bathroom, were so well-thought and very welcomed. Communication was great and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We're already talking about booking next year solely because of how wonderful this property is. I could not recommend this house more. Thank you for making our trip there so easy!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house and backyard, very peaceful & relaxing. The house was clean and had all the necessities. We enjoyed a lovely walk each morning in the quiet neighborhood. The house was very central to Mashpee and Hyannis. Plenty of parking in the front of the house. Jackie was a great host! We highly recommend staying here!

The pictures honestly do not do this house justice. My family and I found that there was more than enough space to find quiet moments away from each other and we had a blast over all. The property was well maintained and so close to everything you would need and want.

Excellent home for our group of 9 lifelong friends. Everything we needed was available and the property manager was wonderful. Jackie even text us on day two to make sure we were okay. Would definitely stay here again.
