Beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the upscale Reunion Resort.

From the moment you step into this beatifully decorated villa you'll feel at home. The family room has comfortable sofa seating and large screen smart TV. There is also built-in shelving and desk for guests who may need to work or for children to read or color. French doors give the room an airy feel and look out onto the pool area.

Off the family roomthere is a fully equipped kitchen with new high-end stainless steel appliances, plus a utility area with washer and dryer. There is a sophisticated dining room that seats 6 people; perfect for a pre-park breakfast or a family meal. There is also a tv with Wii games console.

The bedrooms are all upstairs in this home. At the top of the stairs there is a door which leads to the balcony, complete with fan and views over the golf course. The 1st Master bedroom has a king size bed and wall mounted flat screen tv. The adjoining bathroom has a garden tub, seperate shower, toilet and vanity unit. In the hallway there is another desk area with chair nestled in a quiet alcove.

The twin bedroom, with two twin beds and additional pullout bed, has it's own tv and bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and shower. The 2nd master bedroom has a double bed, wall mounted flat screen tv and bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and shower.
The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each bedroom.

At the rear of the house is the pool with safety fence. Why not hire a bbq and enjoy dinner by the pool while watching the kids playing. Pool heat is available for an additional cost – please inquire. Gas BBQ rental available on request. Don't forget about the games room located in the garage! There is a ping-pong table, darts board plus bicycles for guest use.

There is a parking for 2 vehicles to the rear of the home.
Reunion Resort is close to a large Publix supermarket at Champions Gate which also offers a choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Reunion Resort is located close to the I4 road network for easy access to all of the area theme parks and beaches.

Waterpark access is not included. Close by is Champions Gate 18 hole golf course which is highly regarded and open to the public. Also easily accessed via I4 are the Florida Mall, Mall at Mallenia and outlet malls.
