Beautifully Decorated Home W / Hot Tub, Very Close to Beach, Large Wooded Lot

Kim, the host, was super! She responded to all of my inquiries and requests immediately! The house was in a great and quiet location, just steps to the beach! Extremely clean house and property.The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve ever seen. More than enough dishes/glasses/mugs/spices/plastic wrap!/ etc. Extra towels/sheets/blankets/pillows in closets. Bedrooms/closets were huge and beds super comfortable. I would rent again in a heartbeat!!! Thanks, Kim!!

Perfect girls weekend house! House is clean, beds are comfortable & overall presents as described/pictured. Don't forget to bring toilet paper & paper towels. Chairs are needed for the beach. Beach was very nice & the water clean. Many stairs to reach the beach but, stairs do have rest spots. Hot tub is very large & clean. Booking & communication was easy.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The home is well appointed and carefully maintained. We have stayed here twice with extended family and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The hosts are readily available and extremely helpful.

This is our third year renting this house and we absolutely love it!

The house was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. Beach was fantastic! Not a far walk at all. Only disappointing thing was the hot tub. Used it one night. It overheated even though we followed instructions. Outside shower did not work, but hose was hooked up and worked fine for washing off sand. Overall it was great and we would stay again.

Our extended family with young children enjoy this house. The private Lake Michigan beach is a short walk across a quiet road. The second floor is a charming “kids suite” with four twin beds in a sunny room with dormers on one end and a parents’ master bedroom on the other. Between the bedrooms are cozy nooks for crafts, reading, or tv. Kids also love playing board games at the table in the enclosed sun porch. The rest of the common areas are a bit tight and the outdoor deck is small, but we spent most of our outdoor time at the beach!

Terrific house for multi-family gathering. Well stocked, clean and wonderful location.

We had a group of 8 and the accommodates were perfect for our group. We really enjoyed our stay. For future guests, the hot tub was foamy and seemed a little dirty, it probably needed to be serviced before our stay. The linens could have been distributed more evenly throughout the house, and two beds did not have mattress pads on them. That being said we would book this home again in the future and we look forward to our next stay.

Great place - enough room and close to the wineries.

We had a great stay in Union Pier. The home was the perfect spot for our multi-generational vacation. The kitchen has what we needed and the beds were ample and comfortable. Location was fantastic as we were just a few minutes walk from a great private beach. We loved the area and would definitely return to the home if we return.

This amazing vacation home had everything we needed and more for our week's stay in this quaint, magical beach community. We got to rest and relax while our family enjoyed the waves and the private beach. We rode our bikes safely enjoying the beautiful homes and historic inn, tickled to see the deer grazing along the route unbothered by our presence. Walking the beach collecting crinoids and selective rocks, and watching the sunsets gives us great joy and is so restorative to our bodies and spirits as we reconnect with family and thank the Lord for all the ways He blesses us.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at lovely Serendipity! We took daily walks in the beautiful neighborhood. Loved that the beach was so close and went daily with our family to the gorgeous private beach. Our adult kids loved playing games in the yard and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The outdoor shower was used daily after the beach. We used the sun porch for nightly game play and early morning containment of little ones and their toys. We used and enjoyed the provided bikes as well. There was plenty of room and spaces to spread out and have quiet time away or together time in this spacious home. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. A few issues were discussed with the owners which they have secured a handyman to complete. We would certainly rent this property again as we made so many wonderful memories with our family who all completely loved this home and our time here.

My family and I have been vacationing together in Union Pier for 30+ years. We recently had to find a new cottage to stay in after our former cottage we rented burned down. We could not have been happier to find this house and it fit our family so well. We look forward to (hopefully) many future years renting here and making many more years of memories as a family!

Our family stay in this home with 9 adults and 2 small children was comfortable. Ample room in this 5 bedroom home for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We enjoyed cooking, grilling, the hot tub and firepit. We walked to the beach every day and could walk to Whistle Stop for lunch and Red Arrow Roadhouse for dinner. Host was very attentive to our needs and response time was immediate.

Perfect layout for 2 families with small children. We had some minor unforeseen inconveniences that were quickly addressed by the owner. Location is perfect for being right by the beach!

Had a great week and the cottage was an excellent place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

For our annual girls trip we decided to bring our daughters along so needed a bigger house. This is our 4th year staying in Union Pier. We loved Serendipity. It had plenty of beds and any and all supplies we needed. It is a short walk to the beach…maybe 5 minutes tops. Excellent location and very nice and clean home with granite countertops and many extras!
