The neighborhood is quiet and we truly love and respect our neighborhood so we don't allow any parties or large gatherings at our properties. There will be a $700 fine assessed to any guest that does not follow this policy. We appreciate you respecting our home and neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the basement. The washer and dryer are on the first floor so access to the basement is not needed.

Living Room:
This cozy and inviting space opens directly into the large dining area, which features seating for up to 10 guests—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or casual lounging. Board games are provided for your enjoyment, and a large Smart TV makes it easy to log into your favorite streaming apps and unwind after a day of exploring.

Bathrooms:
Our full-size bathrooms are stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest will receive one large bath towel and one washcloth, along with dark makeup towels for added convenience.

Kitchen:
The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream—perfect for cooking up gourmet meals. Prefer to skip the cooking Let us know and we’ll be happy to coordinate a private chef experience so you can sit back and relax. Whether you're planning a family-style dinner or a lively game night with friends, this space delivers in both function and charm.

Second Floor Bedrooms:
Four of the home’s five spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a large bathroom featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Two of these rooms offer king-size beds, and the other two feature queen-size beds—all made up with hotel-quality bedding, ample storage, and ultra-comfy linens.

Third Floor Master Suite:
Your private retreat awaits on the top floor. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's the perfect escape after a day of adventure or exploration.

Laundry:
A full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen on the first floor, making mid-stay refreshes convenient and easy.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the grand front porch with comfortable seating, or head to the fully fenced backyard—a perfect space for pets and outdoor relaxation.

* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fenced yard and the area is perfect for walking.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

    The home was very well appointed and perfect for outer family gathering of 6 for Thanksgiving except for check in. The beds and pillows were comfy with plenty of extra blankets to keep you warm. The blackout curtains truly block all light adding to a good sleep experience. The kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking dishes and containers we could need. The spices, tin foil and plastic wrap and baggies were an extra perk. The living room was comfortable but really needed more seating for the number of people the home sleeps. Also, the fireplace is for decoration only. The parking is street side with competition for spaces due to apartments across the street. The desire to charge us for an early check in is why I did not give 5 stars. We wanted to drop our bags before heading to an organized happy hour at 4 then dinner. So we opted to keep our luggage in the car which put us checking in around 7:30. When we arrived we saw the cellar light on and door was open We could not lock it as it required a code and management stops responding at 8:00. There was also an exterior cellar door, so we were all pretty uneasy about this situation. My sister checked every window to be sure they were locked and resorted to sleeping with a light on. Given this situation, and the fee for an earlier check in, It will keep me from coming back. I prefer to rent from accommodating (and attentive) owners.

    Great location for a mini friend reunion. Eight of us shared the house. We had everything we needed for a fun stay. Great walkability to grocery store and restaurants. Lots of k-cups provided, which we depleted - thanks!

    My bridesmaids and I traveled to KC for wedding dress shopping! The house was perfect! The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are amazing (so amazing my friends had me send a message to see where they got them). The location is a great midway point to get anywhere in KC. Would definitely recommend!

    Me and my family loved the property and will stay here again. It was beautifully renovated and very accommodating. It is located near everything you could possibly need and want. And, it was right down the street from the venue from the venue of the retirement party we attended. The location was perfect. The owners were very communicative and checked to see if there was anything we needed. This place gets an A+.
