Beautiful West Midtown Home, Minutes From Everything

We had a good stay. We felt safe, the neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house had ample space.

The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family to play, relax and enjoy our time together.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family's visit to the area for my cousin's wedding. The beds were VERY comforting!!! The lower level came in handy separating the 2 with littles vs others who wanted to sleep in. The 2 driveways came in handy as well! If we find ourselves back in the area, we'd stay here again.

How was clean and perfect for us. Loved the location, too. Very pretty neighborhood and lovely park down the street. Would definitely stay again

The house was in a great location. There was lots of room and the neighborhood was quiet!

The rental was perfect for our stay. We had multiple generations staying for the long weekend for a wedding we were attending. Brooke was an amazing host and available to answer any questions we had,The listing was exactly as stated. We rented both the upper level and lower level which worked great with one family that had babies. It was such a blessing that she had two pack'n'plays for us to use,All the beds were comfortable, especially the king in the primary bedroom.The kitchen we well appointed with plenty of dishes to accommodate 8 adults for several meals.The young adults in our group found plenty of space to work remotely both in the multiple living spaces and the office space.The location was awesome and the neighborhood felt very safe. It was within walking distance to Chick fil A and a few other restaurants. And there is a park just a few blocks away.We would stay there again.

This home worked really well for our family. Three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The location was close to our extended family, which was important, but also really accessible from 75. We weren’t in the home a ton but it had all that we needed, and the beds and pillows were comfortable for all.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Its centralized location made it easy for us to get to all of our planned explorations. I appreciated the great suggestions for restaurants and activities Brooke offered. We had a wonderful time exploring Atlanta and this property was perfect for our needs.

This home was a wonderful location for our family Memorial Day weekend gathering. The location is fantastic, we had easy access to all attractions in downtown Atlanta as well as a short drive to Truist Park for a Brave’s game. Host was quick to respond to any questions, and even recommended favorite restaurants and activities in the area.

Loved the location. It was a great space for our family. There are many places to gather but still places to get away and have some quiet time. We will definitely consider renting again when we are in the area.

We looked at a lot of properties to find the best rating with adequate sleeping areas and places to hang out. This property had all 5 star ratings. How could we go wrong? We were excited about the outdoor area and the multiple common areas. We arrived and the entrance was not swept and really dingy. I was nervous before we even opened the door. Upon entering the walls were extremely dirty. I then went to the kitchen and immediately smelled bug spray. I opened the cabinet and the shelves had crumbs on them and the first plastic bowl I picked up was dirty. There were drawers that were just nasty. None of them were lined and I made a note to not open them again. We had to plug in most of the lamps and the one in the upstairs main area did not work. The light over the kitchen table was full of dust and debris. There were water stains and peeling paint on the ceiling in the main area and the master bath. The trim was dirty. On another note dark sheets in a rental is not good. We were not able to use the outdoor area at all. It had dirt and moss and mud all over it and the furniture was stored under clothes with standing dirty water on top. There was not one piece of comfortable furniture in the house. We kept moving and trying different rooms. The table in the basement had a piece of glass that actually felt while we were sitting there. Going back one night a roach met us inside the front door Furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Only positive was location. so disappointing.

My colleagues and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this West Midtown home. The house was spacious and clean with excellent amenities. The rooms felt cozy, and there were plenty of them for our group. The home is not far from a MARTA station (so easy enough to get to/from the airport), and the location was perfect for our visits to both Decatur and Marietta for our work events. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This is the perfect house for a group of friends! I really appreciate that all the rooms have large beds and we don’t have to put people in bunk beds. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, shopping, and parks. I highly recommend staying here!

Adorable house in a neighborhood that felt very safe. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Multiple living rooms. Two tvs - one upstairs one downstairs. Very nice full bathroom in master. Shared bathroom upstairs with shower. Downstairs shared bathroom with shower. Would book here again when going back to Atl.

We had great fun in Atlanta. Enjoyed hanging out in this home away from home. Great location for easy access to Atlanta restaurants and attractions. Host was easy to work with and prompt with communication.

We had 2 families staying there with kids and could have fit a 3rd easily. Trails nearby, restaurants, grocery stores close. Great price too

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described in the listing. Connecting with Brooke was very easy. Perfect location in quiet neighborhood but still close to the heart of the city!!

Property was nice! Great location and proximity to most attractions. Very spacious and lots of room for us 5 ladies to spread out. Outside of the house could use some attention but that didn’t take away or affect the trip in any capacity. Communication with host was also very prompt. Would rent again!
