Beautiful open kitchen with all stainless appliances (second fridge in garage for extra space) nice dark rustic floors and rustic décor. Beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and kid friendly. From our wonderfully fluffy beds to our 1800's latin American church door kitchen table, our house is sure to more than meet your comfort needs. You'll find two master suites upstairs with wonderful King sized beds. A firm memory foam mattress in the main master, and a softer kings down in the second. Both have 50' flat screens and Smart DVD players. Main master has huge bathroom with a soaking tub and a slider to the well protected hot tub. Upstairs you will also find a big open kitchen with all stainless Kitchenaid appliances including a 5 burner gas range, a large stainless sink with disposal and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen opens up to a large great room floor plan with a very special diningroom table, bar seating for two or three and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows.
Traveling downstairs you find a large family room with a sleeper sectional, a 65 inch flat screen TV with a smart blue ray player. So movies galore in addition to our small dvd collection. There is a closet full of games for the board game fans including but not limited to bingo, poker chips, cards, janga, giant chess or checkers, and many more. However due to people coming and going, this collection is constantly changing.
There are two bedrooms downstairs. Both with comfortable queen beds, and two twin bunks. These bunks can hold adult weight, but are easier and more suited for kids to get in and out of. But these rooms also have a look very uniquely and creatively, all of their own. The Black Bear room and the Fort Freedom room. Check out the pictures and don't fight over who gets which bed! There is a full bathroom between these two rooms. I have two pack and play playpens. (I have found that the upstairs master closet makes a great bedroom for tiny ones in playpens.) The two downstairs bedrooms also both have 37' flat screens and Smart DVD players. You will also find a wine cellar off the downstairs living room. We clearly can't stock it, so we have made it a special part of our guest history. Make sure you take part in it when you stay. We have a laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink and the two car garage has been made into a large game room with an air hockey table, pool table, foosball and our newest addition, a shuffleboard table. The deck gets wonderful evening sunshine and has a large natural gas bbq and couple tables for enjoying and evening meal or a glass of wine. (Sunriver will no longer allow the use of the fire table so the propane has been removed)
The house also comes with 10 unlimited use passes for the SHARC facility. Please look online for updates on events and rules.
