Beautiful Waterfront Property

Everything about the house, location, cleanliness and amenities was perfect.

Excellent home.

The house was beautiful inside, Outside landscaping was horrible grass needed mowed, weeds over 3 foot tall all around property making mosquitoes fested- kids couldn’t play on jungle jumps due to cob webs and weeds over taking it. Was very disappointed in the outside conditions of this beautiful home.

It is a beautiful home in a great location with a lovely lake and plenty of room. We had an enjoyable time, and appreciated that it was dog friendly.

Plenty of room.

The home was stunning with ample room for our family to enjoy. We caught fish from the dock and the kids enjoyed the water. It is a great place. The host was very friendly, kind and very responsive to our questions/concerns.

Everything went exactly as described! Maria was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect. If you’re considering renting the property, rent it with confidence you will not be sorry!

Overall, this rental was amazing! There was enough space for our large family. The views were the best. Location was perfect. There even was a geese family that greeted us in the mornings! Just watch out for the poop!A couple of notes, I would either add extra bath towels or let people know to bring their own as well as beach towels. All of the mattresses could use an upgrade. They are useable but every person woke up stiff. We would definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the house! There were eleven of us, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Being right on the water was fun, with my grandson fishing (caught a few small bluegill) and swimming. We also appreciated the washing machine and number of bathrooms. There are a few good bike trails nearby. I would recommend bringing games in case it rains or for evening hours.

Perfect setting for our family of 12,. The accomadations were comfortable and the location offered something for everyone from a senior to a 2 year old. Loved the beach for the little ones. Maria was a perfecr hostess, promptly replying to any of my inquiries.

Communication was quick and the house was wonderful. Had everything we needed for a ski weekend! Will absolutely book again.

Great space for our group and only minutes from the slopes!

We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. We were 13 minutes from Nubs Knob ski hill which was great. There were many options for dining out with a short drive. The house was spacious and very clean. Maria was very good with communication.

Wonderful location close to ski resorts and town for the necessities all while being in secluded neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay here and I'm sure it won't be the last. The house was extremely comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals. The floor plan offers a great room for the family but also some quiet spaces. And we loved being able to bring our dogs along for the fun. Great location for both Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

Our family is a family of 8 adults, 4 children (5-9), and 3 dogs ranging from 50-100 lbs. Usually, most properties will only allow you to bring two dogs and some of them require the dogs to be 50lbs or less. Finding a property that accommodates the dogs is our biggest hurdle. We found this property and emailed the owner about our situation. She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to bring the three dogs no problem. The house is as described and was very spacious for our family. It was nice having 3 1/2 baths and laundry rooms on both floors. The kitchen was well furnished and we had everything we needed. My only suggestion in the kitchen would be to purchase a new coffee pot. It was rather slow brewing and we made multiple pots a day. The backyard was also spacious and we spent most of our time out there. The play set, beach, and the bonfire pit was a big hit with the kids. The water is shallow well pass the dock which made it easy for the kids and dogs to get in and out with ease. We fished and the kids all caught their very first fish. Petoskey state park was a few minute drive and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there at the beach and walking the trails. We also visited downtown Petoskey and Mackinac Island which is a short drive from the house. Plenty of store and gas stations nearby to buy necessities. The location of the house was perfect for visiting all the up north destinations. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was great

We were a group of 8 friends having a girl’s getaway. The house was beautiful and spacious and perfect for us! We only cooked breakfast, but it was stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We visited Harbor Springs, Petosky and Mackinac Island. Round Lake was clear and refreshing. Maria was very friendly and the communication was amazing! I highly recommend!

We were 3 families with teenagers and this house was perfect!!!! Kids fished and swam. We were able to launch our kayaks and paddle boards from the shore. So beautiful. Four min drive to cute market and Petoskey State park. House is really beautiful with lots of space. Host was very responsive to few issues we had. We hope to stay here again!

This is our third year in this house which once again proved perfect for our family vacation. Wonderful lake, spacious house, some great restaurants nearby, plenty of food stores nearby, everything we needed for meal preparations, bedding, etc.; and plenty of room to hide if you needed some alone time. We will be back in 2025. Our Property Manager, Maria, has been so responsive to our every need, and a pleasure to work with for the third year in a row! Thanks Maria!

Great view and amenities. Great location- quiet and beautiful lake.

This is our second stay on Round lake and first in this house. We love the area and the calmness of the lake. The house was very roomy and had plenty of space. The views from the deck were the best greeting each morning. Maria, the property manager was extremely responsive to the few questions we had which was really helpful.

My siblings and I brought our spouses and children - totaling 6 adults and 6 kids. We were more than comfortable with the space we had (we put 5 kids in the “bonus room” and ended up bringing an air mattress, only because we wanted the kids to all be together while the baby was in the bunk room). It’s a beautiful calm lake and near some fun Petosky attractions. This was our second time staying here; Maria is great to work with. I’d recommend this property!
