Beautiful property with plenty of outdoor amenities to help you enjoy nature and the lake.
This was a wonderful place to stay and the owners were super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. You can tell they care deeply for both the property and the experience of their guests. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
The house was clean and in a great location. The views were really stunning. The house is a 2 minute drive from HaHa Tonka State Park. a Missouri hidden gym. Our group of 5 adults and one child had had plenty of room and could spread out. We hope to go back.
Very relaxing and good place for families.
It’s perfect for a family getaway!
This house was perfrct for our friends getaway! We watched a concert at the Ozark Amphitheater, which was a little less than 20 mins away. Then we spent the entire next day swimming and lounging in the lake and the hot tub. There was plenty of space for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay!
This large home was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our family time that we don’t get nearly enough. The puzzles & games kept all involved while relaxing before bed. The kayaks, float pad, and hot tub were a big hit with ALL of us. We got a lot of use out of them. We used the rough launch right down the way from the house and it worked out perfectly for launching our kayaks. We took a family paddle over to Onyx Cave and explored other areas. We were able to enjoy a campfire and the kids loved the trampoline & ping pong. The beautiful secluded property was quiet and relaxing. This home had a bit of pet hair on the rugs & furniture, but being a pet-friendly home that is to be expected. We appreciated that the property host was quick to respond to our messages before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for a memorable family vacation, we enjoyed our stay!
Only down fall to the house was 2nd floor main bath shower did not work. House was inviting and very peaceful place to stay. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!
So beautiful!!! Everything you need for a relaxing awesome stay!!!
Spacious property. Beautiful setting. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 1 infant. Convenient to Old Kinderhook where we were attending a wedding.
It was a nice vacation home with plenty of amenities.
Beautiful location! Home is probably the most well stocked vacation rental we've stayed in-tons of towels, extra blankets, supplies, activities...our kids enjoyed ping pong, the dart board, the trampoline, fire pit, and the hot tub. We did several hikes nearby and saw wildlife right on the property. Master bedroom is huge and home is bigger than the pictures show. Only note for prospective travelers would be that the stairs to the second floor are older style, so quite steep. Might be difficult for older people, but there is also a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Thanks for a great stay!
Right on the lake, nice view and great space in the home. Only there for the weekend, but was a great accommodation for us.
I would highly recommend this for several couples looking to stay at one location. We had 4 couples, 1 single, and 2 dogs, and everyone was able to have their own room. It rained the first day, so the puzzles and games provided came in handy. Plenty to do with the ping pong table and a massive kitchen ideal for cooking group dinners. The property was far from other houses, so we didn't have to worry about bothering others. It was also very easy to get to. Not too steep there, back, or on the property. We brought our Sweetwater tritoon and were able to maneuver the driveway with no issues. I would recommend using the Larry R Gale boat ramp about 20 minutes away from the property. Much more width and deeper than the boat ramps closer to the property, and it's public. The property is on the very south end of the lake, so it is shallow. 4ft in some spots and a few logs sticking up, but 7-8 ft mostly. You just have to be careful and go slow with the motor trimmed up the last mile or so. Very doable. Because it is pretty far south, the busier part of the lake (such as party cove) is about a 2-2.5hr boat ride away. But there are other coves, bridal cave, and other attractions and gas stations close. Great stay for the price!
Surprised my man with this a trip to the ozarks and we stayed here with our friends! The spot was perfect for us! There is a lot to do and I would definitely stay here again.
