This canal-front home is the ultimate for indoor-outdoor living and offers direct gulf access for boaters. With a screened-in pool and patio area, and sliding door access from multiple rooms, it is easy to enjoy all that this home has to offer. The heated pool offers fun for all ages year round. If swimming isn't your plan, the patio offers plenty of seating for dining, reading, card games, or whatever you choose to enjoy in the fresh air.
Inside you will find everything that you need to settle in. There is a family room with vaulted ceilings and a separate living room, both with comfy sofas and TVs. The home offers a fully-equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet that makes working remote a breeze. All 3 bedrooms offer comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. You will also find a portable crib and high chair in the guest room closet for use by our tiniest guests.
In the attached garage, you will find a washer and dryer if you want/need to do laundry. Need extra space for refrigerated beverages We've got you covered! There is a full-size refrigerator with freezer also located in the garage.
