Stayed Mar 26, 2025Overall the house was great. It was a perfect location and worked great for my family. The patio was beautiful and plenty of room in kitchen and eating. Just a couple things that could improve it would be better pans for cooking. And some of the kitchen cabinets and drawers had a lot of crumbs and weren’t the cleanest.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025We just completed an 81-day stay. Here's what you should know about our stay and the property:Pros: -great location with beautiful views - large outdoor area facing the biking/hiking trail - spacious unit - 2 comfortable beds that sleeps 4 (not 6) - 65 tv in living room and one in each bedroom - owner added cable service Cons: -this unit sorely needs updating ie. rug, carpeting, non-functioning sockets, torn screen door etc. - toilet was replaced on the 4th visit, didn't want to use plumber -wouldn't call pest control to deal with roof rats -on arrival the toaster and coffee machine were broken but quickly replaced -lock on the gate to the trail was cut open and it took over a month to be reimbursed after I replaced it The Vacasa manger was most attentive and helpful and tried to resolve our concerns.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Well. The house is in a great neighborhood. However. It’s dated and the rugs in the bedrooms are very old. There were no paper towels in the house. The master bedroom toilet did not work properly (had to hold the handle to flush it). They could have fixed it easily. The code to get in was 10 digits. Way too long and frankly was a pain in the butt There is no cable tv. But did receive a good credit for lack of the amenity. I guess for the price the stay was fine. The community pool was close and excellent. A four star review.
