This house is in the best location on the island, just a short walk to the beautiful white-sand beach, miniature golf, and award-winning garden. It's also close to the art center and Marco Island's premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you'll find specialty shops, fine dining, a sports bar, an ice cream shop, and much more.
This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy in the heated pool with southern exposure on the right side of the lanai, providing unobstructed sun throughout the day. It's located on a corner lot with an enormous yard overlooking the water canal. Kids will love playing in the spacious grassy yard with its rock garden and shady trees. The house has a private dock that gives you direct access to a large waterway, and you can also enjoy fishing directly from the dock.
Some of the included features of the house are the granite countertop kitchen, stainless steel appliances, double sinks in each bathroom, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and two family rooms for the entire family to enjoy. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.
The house has a pool table, board games, cable TVs, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and a DVD player. There's a 55" TV in the family room, a 65" smart TV in the living room, and TVs (42", 37", 27") in each bedroom, allowing for plenty of fun family memories. We also provide 5 bikes with helmets, beach chairs, a beach trolley, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, an outdoor BBQ gas grill, and a hot tub for enjoyment and relaxation!
You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.

- There will be a very simple and standard vacation rental agreement (rental terms and rules) to e-sign after booking just to recap the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.
- Check yourself in with the keypad access which will be provided along with a Welcome guide 14 days before check-in.
- WiFi passcode will be in the Welcome guide as well as Vrbo guest app.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
- No security deposit required; property damage protection fee covers everything.
- To get you settle in, basic initial starter items are provided — paper towel, trash bag, toilet paper, soap bar, and dishwasher soap, and detergent.
- No additional fee for bikes.
- No additional fee for heated pool and SPA; we make sure all guests fully enjoy their stay, no need to worry about hidden costs.
- No smoking, no party event.
City's ordinance (strictly enforced by city’s police department):
- No excessive noise, quiet hours 10 PM until 7 AM, keep noise to minimum at the lanai or pool area.
- No parking of trailers at the house, however, it does allow 6 hours temporary park during the transition to trailer storage parking facilities.
- No cars blocking the sidewalk, no parking on the lawn swale.

This house is is in a great location! Close to the beach, restaurants and shops, but in a very quiet neighborhood. It is well kept and clean. The heated pool and hot tub are an extra bonus. The hosts communicate promptly and are very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home with great amenities, heated pool, plenty of beach chairs/beach umbrellas/beach cart/pool floaties. Conveniently located, about a 15 minute walk to South Beach. Norman, the owner was very responsive and very accommodating to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend! We booked again for next year before we departed this year!
Loved our stay so much we are booked for next year. My only recommendation is newer bikes. With that said, I am an avid biker and these were a bit old and heavy for my taste. Otherwise, loved the place. This was a minor inconvenience. I may bring my bike next year. :) The other comment is how responsive the owners are. I have never had such a positive experience. If we needed anything, they were on it and sent someone to assist the same day. I cannot say enough positives about the owners.
Highly recommend. Close to beach and restaurants
This property is conveniently located if you are looking for a relaxing family vacation with proximity to the beach. We are happy with the choice of booking this property as our big family with kids enjoyed it. We thought that the accessories such as the beach wagon and the small cart to help you carry things on the walk (7-10min)to the Winterberry beach entrance is a great thought out detail that is very convenient for a family. We also liked that a few beach accessories were available such as the beach chairs and floater toys for kids which adds positively to the experience. The 4 bicycles available in good condition also made this rental attractive. Regarding the amenities. the kids loved the pool table and the swimming pool. We cooked some meals and the 2 ovens available was an added bonus. Though the kitchen stove heating elements might not be working at full capacity because we thought it didn’t heat that great, but for the most part it does its job. The same goes with the central AC of the home. It does its job but we feel there’s something to be looked at. At night the AC cools very well and the temperature stays cool but during the day we felt that the A/C couldn’t handle the hot day well. It wasn’t uncomfortable because we made sure we limit opening the sliding glass doors as much as possible and the temperature stayed around 75-77 degrees but we think the cool air is escaping somehow because the AC struggles to stay bellow 77 degrees and that’s if you lower to 70 or more. Besides these observations we are very happy of the stay and thank the hosts for a fasts response when we contacted them. We definitely recommend this rental to everyone.
Close to the beach and downtown
A 3 bedroom villa with plenty of space. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but when we did my girls enjoyed the pool and bikes. Great communication with the owners.
The owner of the property is a true professional that expertly communicated with us. The house had plenty of towels and blankets to accommodate extra friends that stopped by. The pool and hot tub were extremely clean and perfectly warm. The 4 bicycles were well maintained with a lock to keep’em secure. I’d rent here again!
