Beautiful vintage pool home in Union Pier 2 blocks from private beach

Great property for family holiday. Close to beach and great pool and sun house. Lots of toys and swim paraphernalia much appreciated

It’s an attitude. A throw back simpler times. Enjoy a dip in the pool a soak in the hot tub followed by short walk to the beach and a swim in the lake. Lot of games toys to fill the evening. Forget your troubles and enjoy Lake Life

The property is very clean on the inside and quant on the outside. The kids and adults enjoyed a large selection of toys and games. The star of the property is the pool where spent many hours playing. The property is fairly large with a nice selection of perennials. The coach house was very clean and a quiet sanctuary. Everyone enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Wow the beach is nice. It was a winner of a vacation. Dave and Family 9/18/21

Fantastic 30 x 20 pool perfect size for up to 10 people. Electric pool cover was easy to use and nice hot tub over looking the pool was utilized every night. Outside pool house was added space for relaxing. Huge yard is perfect for kids that want to run. Location is excellent in a quieter neighborhood and a short 10 minute walk (tops) to the beach. House is of older vintage so while rooms were decent size bathrooms and kitchen are a little smaller than newer homes. Nice sized dining room fit our group easily for sit down dinners. Loved the video game console and kids board games/toys. Only challenges were the kitchen sink had an older/weaker disposal than we were used to so would recommend not using it, and recycle bins were almost full before we got there and not emptied while we were there (possibly reduced service due to COVID). Owner was helpful and responsive and house had everything we needed. We were in the pool within minutes of arriving and enjoyed our stay very much!

This property is great for a family vacation. The pool and out door spaces were wonderful. There was enough sun/shade around the pool to please everyone. The walk to the beach and the 45 steps to the sand were easy to do even with some knee issues. The guest house was a great escape for the grandparents!

Our family loved the house and location. Joe was a great host and we would definitely return.
