BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH POOL OVERLOOKING THE GOLF COURSE AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS.

What a great experience! Our host Gabriel attended to all the details we requested, from arranging to have the golf carts at the villa, the shopping list including drinks and the menu, to coordinating reservations with the restaurants at the times we requested. The villa staff were super friendly and very helpful. The food they prepared for us was exquisite. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated with details, cozy, the pool clean, and the area very quiet and safe. We definitely want to come back! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Gabriel was a fabulous host and responded very quickly to all our questions and needs - we were even allowed to stay at the house past checkout as our flights were late in the afternoon...thank you Gabriel! The outdoor space at this home is amazing....great space to have dinner with a larger group or just hangout and read by the pool or curl up in one of the cozy cabana sofas. I would definitely rent this house again - only a few minutes from the beach, the hotel and the padel, pickle and tennis courts....great location!

Really liked the property and its location. Gabriel ( property manager) was very responsive. Even though there were some minor issues, Gabriel took care of them and fixed them inmediately. Would definitely like to stay at this property again

Although this is a nice home and in a decent neighborhood, we had a few issues: Most days we took cold showers, because there was no hot water. The house needs a light update on some of the furniture, & kitchen area. The refrigerator leaked and the house had an old smell to it. The pool is nice, but cloudy most times.

We stayed at GV215 over the Christmas holiday and the property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The villa was comfortable and spacious with 2 bedrooms on the ground level and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time with comfortable lounge furniture, a generous pool and even a ping pong table (which was a surprise). Gabriel, the host, was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Overall a great stay

The villa is exactly as pictured and our stay was wonderful. The home is centrally located in-between the hotel and Playa Minitas. We rented a golf cart and had no problem taking it to the beach, Altos de Chavon, and to the Marina to pick up groceries. Graciela and Deanele staff the house and are very accommodating and helpful ... Graciela is also a terrific cook! Additionally, the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay at this home again.

Nice people

Our hosts checked in with us and their staff multiple times a day. They were able to use local contacts to arrange golf cart (and repairs) and other activities on the property. Their home was beautifully decorated for holidays with multiple areas inside and out for relaxing and dining. Staff prepared wonderful meals for us when we dined at home. We feel so refreshed and lucky to have vacationed here! The location is perfect — close to marina, hotel, beach and also tennis, shooting center, polo grounds etc. We would absolutely stay here again.
