Beautiful Villa with Loft - 6 Passenger Golf Cart Included

We are a family of three and it was our first time booking with Marilyn. Marilyn was very responsive to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed riding in the golf cart to go to all the nearby lakes to fish. The townhouse had everything we needed. No complaints. We plan on returning!

Loved the use of the 6-person golf cart; we moved our car one time to travel a distance beyond golf cart trails. The pool was lovely and offered plenty of lounge chairs and room to relax. Pool is close to the townhouse; townhouse is within easy walking distance of favorite breakfast and doughnut businesses. Our children loved riding their scooters on the sidewalks. And the view of the lake out the back was calming and quiet. The blue herons captured the children's attention every day. We have already booked for next year.

We had a great stay at the villa. Plenty of room. We loved having the lake and back patio. The fountain was great to listen to and it turned off for a couple days and we could watch the turtles sun bath up there. The golf cart was great to have to get around. All in all great stay. Will be back.

This condo had everything we needed and the host responded in a timely manner to all our inquiries. It is a great location within a gated community just a short golf cart ride to the beach and pool in addition to many restaurants and shops. There were beach towels, chairs, toys and umbrella for our use. We would stay again!

Beautiful townhome near everything in Sandestin. It is fully stocked with anything you might need. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again.

Villa us fully loaded with all amenities to make a great experience. From utensils, linens, laundry off kitchen, grill on patio, beach chaira, umbrella, etc. Highly recommend. Short drive on golf cart to beach and village/shops. Owner is very quick to reply and nice to chat with. My family and I had a great experience. Pool is a short stroll away, its a beautiful pool with ample sitting and restrooms. Golf Cart is a HUGE bonus. I actually think it was our favorite part. Do not go to Sandestin withouta cart. The tram service on resort is slow and having a cart, we were able to get aroubd with ease. If we cisit again.m, we would definitely rent this same villa.

This is our third straight year to stay at this property. Obviously, we find the accommodations perfect for our group of six. The closeness to Baytowne Wharf and to the beach, and the convenience of the golf cart are big favorites with our family. Quiet surroundings are a plus.

This villa had everything we could hope for and more. Loved the location and golf cart was so much fun. Many restaurants, stores and things to do within a quick golf cart ride. Beach was beautiful. We met birds, squirrels and deer right in our very own yard. We give this property a 10 out of 10!!!!

Great place! Very clean! This place was perfect for our stay. We love Sandestin! Sandestin has the beach, pools, shops, restaurants and ponds to fish all within a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is a must when staying in Sandestin. The cart made it easy to access the beach, pool or Baytown shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning to stay in Sandestin.

We absolutely loved this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake, convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, very clean and safe home, and the golf cart was a huge bonus! My husband and I were able to completely relax during the time we were there. We will definitely look to rent this again.
