Stayed Jun 10, 2024This home was well kept and great for our family. I appreciated all the little extras such as TP, garbage bags, pool toys ect. The pool screen/pool/ patio area was great!

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Our group of six (four adults and two kids under age 10) had a fabulous time here over Christmas! The villa was very clean. The kitchen had ample cookware and dishware. TVs had access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Beds/pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of bathroom and pool towels. Everybody loved the pool area. The pool is heated (for extra fee of $100 which is common for rentals in this area). During our trip it was about 72° outside and the pool certainly felt warm enough to swim in (set to 82°). There is a lanai which kept out any debris/bugs. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The house is near the beach, but the pool was so nice that we barely left! There are many shops/stores nearby. We would love to visit again!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Great property near beach and grocery stores in a small neighborhood. Our 4 adults and 2 kids had a great time in the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and one of the best VRBO rentals we've had for a while. Having a garage available for guests is a nice bonus. We also appreciated the hose in the driveway for rinsing off beach sand and the access from the garage directly to the pool for using the outdoor shower by the pool. We would rent it again.
