Beautiful Villa in front of the sea. House in first line of sea.

The Villa is a beautiful old Spanish style property but is a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC! However it is very spacious and we had a lovely 4 days stay there. It's a bit off the beaten track, but if you have a car that's not a problem.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this property is! My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and boyfriend for several days. We loved everything about Catherine’s charming house right on the coast. It is even prettier than the photos. We were delighted with the close proximity to the water, especially enjoying the views from the second story deck off the master and the covered first floor patio was ideal for outdoor dining. The pool and tropical landscaping was idyllic. A hiking path right in front of the property winds along the coast, taking you to several beaches and a ferry launch for to several destinations including Formentera. The other direction takes you to the beautiful town of Sant Eularia, about a 45 min walk with its lovely promenade along the sea. Pedro was a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with and he provided many great recommendations for restaurants, ferrying and shopping. He was delightful! This is a fabulous villa - you can’t get any closer to the sea. We would love to return. Muchas gracias for an amazing stay!!

Lovely older style property, near to the beach which is a beautiful walk along the coast. 4 bedrooms but you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get downstairs. It didnt bother us. Great pool although we did get bitten as there are lots of trees surrounding the villa. Pack your mosquito spray! Would happily go back x

We were in Santa Eularia for a race and this house had everything: Close to the city: you could walk the Coastal Path to town; Quiet: at night all you hear are the waves; Next to 2 beaches and restaurants: both are within 10 minutes walk along the Coastal Path from the house; Big: plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, Old Charm: the villa is old, but a true Mediterranean experience. Pedro was great!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Caricole in early October. The house is located right on the coastal path in a really nice setting, surrounded by trees. It wasn't too-hot when we visited, but we can imagine that the tree shade would be really welcome in high summer. We really enjoyed sitting on the rocks by the sea in front of the property (great sunrises). It was a short drive to the nearest town and shops and well situated to access most of the island. The house is spacious and quite capable of hosting at least 6-8 people (there were only 4 of us). Pedro was extremely helpful (as was Catherine) and sorted out a minor issue we had very quickly. There are a few things that we feel are worth visitors being aware of. To get to the master bedroom upstairs involves walking through another double bedroom so if you want your privacy, this house sleeps 6. It is worth noting that this house is not super modern and so has a few character features (such as older plumbing) but generally manageable. There was no microwave oven which would have been handy. It has broadband but probably due to its location it is painfully slow (if that's important to you). There are alot of trees around the property so be prepared to use insect repellent if you want to sit outside. None of these would have put us off, but we would have prefered to know this in advance. We absolutely loved this villa. Superb location walking distance to beaches, lovely restaurants and the hippy market. Really enjoyed the upstairs terrace and very close proximity to the sea. You can literally hear the ocean at night from your bed. Pedro was amazing and looked after us really well. We will be back !!
