Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from this 4 bedroom beach home!

The property was very nice and clean! Overall, my family had a great time!

We enjoyed having all of the beach chairs that were available for us to use.There was a leak from the rain but the host has it fixed within hours. We will be back!

While I’m a Florida native we walked in to 3 cockroaches, if the house was cleaned they shouldn’t have been there. The couches had a lot of stains and crumbs. Two of the three bedding were worn with markers and stains. The TV had kids handprints all over. The washer made really loud sounds every time it was used. The company did send someone out to clean but all that was done was replaced on bed set. Additionally, the superintendent of the cleaning company came in our house the day before departure unannounced. I would use company again but house needs a lot of work for the price we paid.

Master w/bath, Queen w/attached bath that also opens to the hall, and room with 2 twins. 3rd level has Queen w/attached bath that also opens to hall, kitchen, living room. All beds were comfortable except Twins (but they're teenagers so they're picky). Had everything in the kitchen we needed although some pans need updated (this was noted on checkout and they stated they would have brought us new ones during our stay). There were a couple issues I brought up at checkout that they stated would be fixed and could have been fixed during our stay but I didn't want people in and out during our stay. The garage shower only trickled (but there was a spigot outside to clean sand off), Master shower barely trickled water (other two showers perfect with perfect pressure), Washer sounded like it was going to explode but it got the job done. We are staying there again this weekend (it's been a few weeks) so we will see if those items have been addressed. I would stay here again, the price, location and house are worth it. Just to note, you do have to go to an office to get actual physical keys and take them back. Having teenagers going back to the house at different intervals from the beach made having physical keys difficult. They also only provide the minimum trash bags/toilet paper/detergent, etc. so you have to provide your own. All in all, would stay again. No issue that would prevent us from booking again.

The house was exactly what we needed!! Plenty of room for all the family!! Beautiful weather and the beach conditions were perfect!

The conditions of the house and all accommodations provided were fantastic, and the walk to the beach was unbelievably convenient. Only issue we had was actually with the neighbor, who claimed to be a permanent resident of the house next door. We did not park properly upon arrival (completely our fault) but instead of a polite ask, the neighbor was extremely rude and loud with us and used a very disrespectful tone, even after we told her multiple times that we understood we had made a mistake and were more than happy to move our cars. She even stood behind our cars temporarily and refused to move as we were trying to re-park and threatened to have our cars towed. Eventually she was able to calm down and it was all sorted, and we did not see or hear from her the rest of the weekend. Would highly recommend making sure you follow the parking instructions very carefully to avoid having a run-in with this person. The management company was very understanding when I talked to them about this as well.

The house was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and no busy street to cross which was important to us. We could go back to the house for lunch or to take a break. There were beach toys for our grandchildren to use. We all enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property!
