The last 8 years several of us veterans get together for a reunion. It has grown each year and trying to find a place that would accommodate all of us is hard. This place was outstanding! We were all able to stay under one roof which was great. If there was any hiccups LILY was just a phone call away. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay at.

Overall the place was well equipped and accommodated our needs. The owner stopped by because they needed to install a new air conditioning unit on our first day, very nice man! I would 100% fire the cleaning crew, we did more cleaning that week then had been done in the past year. It took about 12 hr to hear back from property manager about an issue. And our biggest complaint….. do not advertise 3min walk to water! There is absolutely no water access near the house! Plan on getting in your car and driving to water!

This lodge was perfect for our very large group of 32. Spacious and plenty of room for both adults and kids to kick back and relax. Only downside was lack of close access to the lake. Property manager was very accommodating!

Had a wonderful time with our family celebrating Christmas together. Loved the large table, beautiful windows to see the view. The ones staying in the top two rooms got a little cold but there were extra blankets. Had a little trouble using Wi-Fi but got it figured out. Overall the stay was terrific and we wished we’d had longer to stay.

House is amazing. Nice location and plenty of room for our party of nine to spread out and be comfortable. Views were amazing. We had a few issues with being charged early. But Lilly corrected the problem. We would stay again. Recommend the Rusty Moose Lodge for families looking for a nice getaway.

The house was very accomodating for our large group. We loved having bedrooms spread out with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The view was amazing! The only two things we found that need fixed is the stairs going up to the garage suite and there wasnt enough hot water for showers.

Everyone had a great time enjoying the deck, it was large enough for us to put up a large projector screen to watch a football game outside. The large dining tables ensured everyone had a spot, and allowed adequate space needed to navigate a wheelchair. The overall space was a great backdrop to a Deadwood murder mystery that we hosted. Kitchen space is limited, yet it had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed their sleeping quarters: plenty of pillows, extra blankets, and fans. Definitely will consider again.

First, I have never before left a bad review but this is the exception. Although this property has potential, it is rundown and needs significant work. What is most disappointing is how dirty it was. The third floor central AC was broken and though a repairman was sent he discovered parts were missing and the unit had no freon. There were window units in both rooms but both vents were full of black mold (host sent a video). The second afternoon two ladies were sent to bleach the units and once completed we were told to leave units unplugged another two hours. Upon check out in stripping the beds we discovered a mattress full of what appeared to be blood stains and no mattress cover in the suite. Third floor tub faucet was broken upon arrival, no drain plug in downstairs bathroom, dishwasher not properly installed therefore it fell forward when trying to use, pool sticks had no tips, much wood outdoors on decking needs replacing and there were lots of bugs indoors. I am used to the host thoroughly checking the house before arrival but they were unaware of the AC. They did offer us a free pontoon rental due to broken AC however we did not accept due to rain predictions ( though as it turned out there was little rain). Upon check in we had to call for assistance because the front door code was not working properly but the sliding glass door was unlocked for us to instead get in that way. I would not recommend staying here unless future reviews paint a very different picture.

The location of this facility was close to our lake house/dock/boats. The only disappointment was the room arrangements. We couldn't use them to their fullest because of family dynamics. So rather than the 38 it could sleep, we only had 20 using it, However, it served those 20 very well. We plan to use it again for our reunion in 2 or 3 years. --- On another matter, I am still trying to get my deposit back from RES ID HA-OjjVOXK Case: 126439925.
