Beautiful View! 1 block from boat ramp. Walk to the Lake.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. The home is very cozy and Jeff provides everything you need for cooking if you chose to do that. Beds are also very comfy with nice linen and plenty of cushy towels. I have no complaints at all outside of, our boat broke... regardless, we made the best of it and enoyed our trip to Havasu!!! Also the pool and jucuzzi were great and the community was quiet!

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed our time at the lake and relaxing at the house and having everything we needed to BBQ. I will definitely be back!! Thanks Jeff :)

We have stayed at this Lake Havasu City VRBO in the past and have never been disappointed! The unit is next door to the park, pool and clubhouse, and a kids' playground, with swings and basketball hoops located next door. The unit was very clean and fresh with a nice outdoor seating area that looks out over the lake. The weather was not as cooperative as past visits, so we took the opportunity to explore events in LHC, and discovered Grace Arts theater which was a delightful experience! We look forward to our next visit.

The neighbors were not friendly at all...one was in the property while we were away and came back...she said the dog was barking..it is pet friendly...just don't leave them!!

We really enjoyed the stay, the house was amazing, and the clubhouse was great. The heated pool and spa were great. Our kids loved the swingset and slide. The neighbors were so gracious and kind.

The entire stay was perfect! My mother has just been diagnosed with cancer and we wanted to spend some time to process and decompress with family. Staying here was it. The place is spotless, very well stocked, everything you may need and some things you didnt even know that you may need! Lots of space, super quiet at night, feels very safe. Boat launch a block away, great parking, dog area very close, all amenities nearby. The Owner is wonderful, very nice and helpful. We appreciated everything so much!! If you are looking for a great place to hang with family or friends, get on the water, enjoy the town, with easy access this is the place! Thank you again for providing such a wonderful place to stay in Lake Havasu!

This place was amazing! It more than exceeded our expectations. The community was friendly and respectful. The clubhouse was awesome and well maintained. Our host was easy to communicate with. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Like the add says, it’s definitely a family friendly park. I saw no partying or craziness in the neighborhood. Lots of families. It was perfect for us!

We really loved this house, location was perfect, house was as described, plenty of parking for truck and boat. We will definitely book this house again next time we come.
