    We came from Wisconsin for spring break and this house was everything we were looking for! The rooms were nice, clean, the pool was wonderful and it’s so close to all convenience stores and many fast establishments. It was a perfect place to enjoy the warmth of the sun and relax by the pool. Would book here again.

    Robert bent over backwards to help us out. This property was immaculate! We were allowed early check in and I needed to store some stuff after checkout until I could drop some family members at the airport. Robert gave me access to the garage after checkout. I have no doubt he would have let us stay in unit if it wasn't rented out on our departure day. A very pleasuable stay!

    Loved the house and was well appointed thru out the home. Only suggestion would be to make heating the pool cost more clear.

    The owner controlled the temp of the house and he also controlled the temp of the pool water. There was a camera watching us that I asked to be removed, the owner was truly a control freak. Never was able to use pool.

    You ever fell like someone is watching you? Well every move you make in this home they are. I will try to make a comprehensive explanation that will hopefully give someone insight into the owners of this property. I am a State Certified General Contractor in Florida. After hurricane Ian came through Florida I decided that i would send a group down to help secure contracts for rebuilds and repairs form the hurricane. We are from Panama City and just a few short years ago (2018) we went through hurricane Michael. It was devastating to our community. Many people were taken advantage of by fly by night contractors looking to make quick money or just steal money form unsuspecting homeowners. We had never chased hurricanes before. We just wanted to give people a different perspective of contractors. We rented another home in Cape Coral and had a very good relationship with the owner. We were respectful of her property and left it just as we found it. It was unfortunate for us she had a recurring renter that has been a regular of hers that needed her home after us. This is what lead us to this property. I rented this property without reading the previous reviews. We were really needing a place for our sales staff ( 2-3 guys). I rented this home. I was very clear with the owner who we were and what we would be using his home as. I hid nothing. He was concerned that we were a construction crew. I continually assured him we were not. So we had a few days before we could move in due to his current vacationers from Europe. He called me to see if we could delay moving in due to a flight situation with them. I told him it was not possible. We had paid for the rental and were staying in a very expensive hotel waiting on our move in date. I offered for my guy to share the house until the vacationers could catch their flight. He agreed but by happenstance he had another place to put them. I had explained that we had construction materials and tools that were left from previous people we had down there working. We could not just leave their tools or their materials,. Again i assured Robert that we were not going to be doing construction work but merely using the home as a sales base. Well cameras are everywhere, imagine my surprise after having been completely honest when i received an email an text saying our stay was canceled. I call and ask what was the issue. He explained that we have violated his policy by bringing tools in to the house. DO NOT RENT HERE

    The property itself was fine. The owner met us there to let us in, which was a first. He told us he wanted us to feel at home. But, we soon noticed that when we would turn the temperature down below 74 it would go back up. I thought it was the auto setting, so I changed those to 72 daytime and 70 nighttime. It was still being changed back to 74, so we knew this was being done remotely by the owner. My husband was irritated and set it on 59 and that's when we got a message that we were violating the house rules and the temperature needed to stay on 74. We then spoke to the owner and he proceeded to tell me that he would rather have the house empty than pay high electric bills and that he coulc show me his electric bill and how it had increased since the hurricane. He also told us to shut of outdoor lights and the patio fan. So basically, we were NOT to feel at home and felt like we were being warthed the entire time and could not keep the temperature as to where we felt comfortable. I have never had an experience like this at any other vacation rental!!
