We are happy to offer our beautiful terraced town house, located between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, with views over the Mediterranean.
The house is on a small and very quiet and secure complex, where most of the homes are occupied by permanent residents. With beautifully maintained gardens and saltwater swimming pool.
The upper floor has a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the Med and a second bedroom with twin beds, and a newly refurbished bathroom with shower. There are also washing facilities on the upper floor.
Downstairs features a brand new, high quality kitchen with stone worktops, wine cooler and Bosch appliances. It is fully fitted with all the comforts from home. (We live there ourselves part of the year, so it's a home from home).
The living room features two comfortable leather sofas, TV with channels from around the world and Netflix included.
The 30m2 indoor/outdoor terrace features a dining table, occasional chairs and is separated from the outer terrace by fully opening bi-fold doors, to let the outside in.
We have fast broadband included and air conditioning in all rooms.
The house is only a five minute walk to Bonita beach, where there are also nice bars, a coffee shop and restaurants, as well as a convenient shop.
Nearby, just a ten minute walk is the local train station, Torremuelle, from where you can travel between Malaga and Fuengirola. It runs every 20 minutes. Ideal way to arrive from the airport.
Frequent buses also run along the coast road.

    We've stayed in the Torremuelle area numerous times but the first time in this town house (a new venue needed as previously used apartment having been sold). What a find! The house is immaculate with attention to detail in all areas - there is absolutely everything you could possibly need. Robert was informative from the outset and we had no need to trouble him for any assistance during our stay. We went for a complete rest, relax and recharge of batteries and it was the perfect place to do this. The patio area outside the lounge gets the sun from late morning for the rest of the day. So quiet and peaceful.A bit of a walk to the nearest supermarket but there is the use of a wheeled shopping trolley available to carry your heaviest items. Local restaurants within walking distance but the bus and train within easy access to get you to surrounding areas.Would we return / recommend to others? 100% yes.

    Great property in a secure gated area. Plenty of equipment available within the property.The property boasts usage of a pool which was never too busy, as well as a tennis court which we never saw being used (aside from us).Easy access to the train station. Location of the property is only let down by some of the steep hills towards the train station and the beach. It will certainly keep you fit, and is a great base for exploring more of the Costa del Sol.

    Perfect, the house had everything that you could need. Very quiet, two balconies so you can escape the sun if it gets too hot. The Pool is very clean and never too many people. A short walk down to the main street where there is a bus that takes you through the village and you can get to Malaga easily. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or with the bus. Supermarket just round the corner.

    Property is full equipped, very close to bus,train beach and restaurants . We stayed in a bigger building in Benalmadena the year before and found it very noisy and quite busy, the area around this villa is quiet and relaxed and the owner is very easy to work with,I would highly recommend

    We had the most wonderful, beautifully decorated and very well equipped row house. It was very clean. The contact with Robert, the owner, was amazing! He was very helpful and friendly.     The photos do not do the property justice, it is beautifully decorated, clean, with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Robert the owner is only a message away if you need any information or assistance, but you shouldn't need him as he provides loads before you arrive. The grounds where the house is situated are lovely. The pool is small but deep enough for a swim. It is up a steep hill, but with that you get a glorious view of the sea from the terraces. As it's self catering, if you don't have a car, you might want to walk to the big Mercadona about ten minutes away and get a taxi back. Shouldn't cost much. There are some restaurants near the supermarket too. Big shout out to The Indian Chef. If you like a curry, it's superb... The buses are at the bottom of the hill to go into Fuengurola or Benalamadena, or the train station is 5 minutes from the house, up the hill a little, so it's really conveniently placed, whilst being super quiet and peaceful. I can not recommend this place enough. Our holiday flew by and we'd not hesitate to book again, next time we are on the Costa del Sol.

    The property owner is very nice and helpful even before you arrive. The property is clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. Location is calm and central to many attractions. The kids enjoyed the pool. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again if visiting the area.
