Stayed Feb 1, 2024Cannot say enough about this property. We rented this unit for February 2024. It is by far the cleanest and best equipped we have ever rented in over 25 years. The furnishings are all top of the line. The king bed is new and very comfortable. The kitchen is totally well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. There is a den area with a couch and desk complete with a new printer. The lanai is a most relaxing area with great views of the lake and wildlife, not to mention the beautiful sunsets. There is an electric grill on the lanai which works very well. An added bonus is the two car garage. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Crown Colony is a great place to walk and bike in. All in all, it is a great property and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

Stayed Dec 28, 2022Enjoyed. Beds were only real disappointment. For amount paid at least one king size bed and better linens.
