Beautiful Sunriver Home with 8 SHARC Passes!

A really lovely house. SHARC facility was a nice add-on. The master bath tiles had some mold but nothing a good cleaning can fix. The only drawback were the neighborhood roads ... so many round-abouts! It was so confusing driving through the neighborhood because the roads were curving every which way and round-abouts at every intersection. Thank goodness for GPS

Great house! Super comfortable and clean. Very well maintained and perfectly situated.

The house was as described and overall worked well for our stay. It was a nice touch to have bikes available, but there were no helmets—not even for kids—which felt like a safety oversight. One bike had two flat tires, and since there was no pump on site, we brought it to a local bike shop just to inflate it. It turned out the tubes wouldn’t hold air and needed replacing, which we took care of ourselves. The kitchen had the basics, though the cookware was limited and some pots were dirty with burned-on food. The home has a clear full-time rental feel—functional but fairly minimal.There were plenty of fans available, which helped, but the A/C couldn’t keep up. Even with the thermostat set to 70, the house would climb above 80 by evening, and this wasn’t during a heat wave. The master bedroom was especially hot, since the door had no screen and couldn’t be left open for airflow.

We enjoyed this cabin. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable sofas and beds. Excellent communication. Great location. Lovely forest. The only reasons I rated it 4 stars is due to dust, particularly on the wainscoting and the rafters and the lack of communal staples. Bring your slippers. The brick and wood floors are unforgiving.

Spacious, well organized home a couple blocks from the Cardinal Landing Bridge and river trails. Clean and as advertised, quiet neighborhood. Only reason I gave four stars was because the thermostat ran out of battery and we had no heat; no extra blankets in the home, no batteries, and no matches for the fire. We fixed that with an early morning trip and left extra batteries and matches in the “junk drawer.” Kitchen could use a second pot, but otherwise a beautiful home in a great location.

This was our second time at Sunriver, first time at this property. Though a distance from the Village and Sharc, we loved that because it was quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and quiet and the layout was perfect. Our biggest issue was the dust. Most surfaces in the living area and master needed attention. Light fixtures and vaulted ceilings seemed to have a thicker layer for obvious reasons. Everything else was as expected.

Great stay with plenty of room to entertain and be together. Access to the pool was a very nice addition.
