Our amazing, spacious property is conveniently located within 5 easy miles of Disney in the gated, tranquil resort community of Encantada which is made for restand relaxation. Universal Studios and Sea World are also nearby. You will love this tropical paradise and all it has to offer. Not only do you have your own personal pool in a screened in lanai, but you also have access to the two community pools and two hot tubs which boast incredible surroundings and views! There are also all the other fantastic amenities a resort has to offer... playground, games room, fitness center, internet cafe, onsite concierge to assist with attraction tickets and onsite restaurant and bar! You can also take jog or a relaxing stroll around the lake which comes complete with a pier and catch-and-release fishing. This self-catering townhome and resort amenities redefine what a fabulous family vacation should be! Just outside the resort, you will find a variety of restaurants and shopping within 1-2 miles. There is world class outlet shopping in the area, and many local golf courses, as well as the Celebration Golf Club which is only 8 miles away. After a long day at the parks, you will love coming home to relax here!

Our townhouse has been furnished with cozy and comfortable furnishings. The master bedroom features a king bed while the secondary bedroom features a queen bed. Both the third and fourth bedrooms contain two twin beds. With three bathrooms, everyone can get ready at the same time without delay which means you can explore all that Orlando has to offer faster! You will enjoy your spacious private patio and pool (with child safety fence) and your kids will too! Our townhouse is perfect for a family traveling with friends or extended family and sleeps 8 people comfortably. We have a pack and play, highchair, table booster seat and stroller available for those traveling with infants or toddlers. The main floor bedroom is perfect for grandparents who don’t want to navigate the stairs. You will find all the comforts of home and all the essentials to make your stay stress free. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to cook, all linens are provided, and there is also an in suite washer and dryer if needed.

Located in the amazing gated resort community of Encantada, 3172 Yellow Lantana Lane is situated off the main entrance of the resort, yet is still just steps to the resort clubhouse. This unit boasts luxurious accommodations for eight, a private, enclosed stone deck and pool, free wifi, cable TV in each bedroom as well as a big screen in the living room, Also included are the little extras to make your stay magical: a combo Keurig/drip coffee maker, blender, juicer and crock pot.

Through the rear 9,000 sq ft clubhouse doors, you will find paradise. Two heated pools. Two hot spas. Plenty of space to soak up the sun. A beautiful natural lake with walking trails and a fishing pier. A kid's playground. All of the Encantada Resort amenities are included in your stay.

Situated in the safe community of Kissimmee/ Four Corners, 3172 Yellow Lantana Lane is less than 2 miles away from multiple shopping, grocery and dining options. Within that distance, you will find local favorites like Manny's Chop House and Miller's Ale House, as well national chain restaurants such as Longhorn, Applebee's, Olive Garden, Lazy Dog, Bahama Breeze, On the Boarder, Hooters, Chuy's, Canes and Texas Roadhouse, For some basic shopping, head to Walgreen's, SuperTarget, Marshall's, Burlington Coat Factory, Pop Shelf, TJ Maxx and Ross, or grab some groceries at the Walmart Supercenter or Publix.
