Only a 5 minute walk to Cowes Front Beach (approx) and Cowes main street with all its shops cafe's and restaurants.

Inside the lounge, dining and kitchen are open plan with a large flat screen tv and dvd player, comfortable sofas and stereo. There is a split system heating and cooling unit and polished timber floors. There is a central dining table and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has electric cooking, a microwave and dishwasher. The fridge is a good size andthere are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining. The deck is at the rear of the house with a large outdoor setting, a gas bbq, outdoor sink and crockery and cutlery - the perfect spot for summer bbqs.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds. The bunk room has access to one family bathroom and the second bathroom is centrally located between the two queen bedrooms. There is a teenagers (or adult) retreat complete with TV, Playstation, couch and 2 armchairs, bean bag and ceiling fan - go and relax. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The garden is fully fenced and there is a nice lawn area and ample off street parking. This really is a very nice, well equipped home.

The family pet is welcome to come along too, but must remain strictly outside (conditions apply).

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

    The house is well laid out, but far too big for just two people. (We had booked with another couple who had to pull out at the last minute). It is very comfortable with a great outdoor BBQ area and a separate games room at the back to keep the kids occupied. Very family friendly and only 10 minutes walk to beach or main shopping centre.

    The bunk bed ...the orange is not sturdy according my daughter. Overall pleasant stay and comfortable. Would love WIFi and late check out. Would definitely recommend to people.

    Spacious and clean, great for two small families, close to everything and the beach. Kids loved the granny flat retreat play room. Large back yard with lovely outdoor dining setting and BBQ. Wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you. We will definitely stay again :-)

    Home was all we required. The covered verandah was perfect for the pets. Lawn could do with a trim and garden tidied up. The house was well equipped with utensils and dinnerware. We had a good break in Cowes. Hope to receive our bond back promptly

    The house was great as is the location. We took our grandson and he was very happy with the games room. There was everything we needed suppled and everything is in good condition. The only negative was cleanliness was poor. We had to wash pots, fry pans, plates, coffee mugs and cutlery. We only wash what we were going to use as nearly everything was dirty. The guests before us should be ashamed but the cleaners hired to clean are obviously not doing the job they are paid to do. There was twisties on thelounge floor a choc chip biscuit as well as lolly wrappers. Our grandson stood on a chess peice that was in the pile of the rug and cut his foot. We would recommend this property to others and if the cleaners get a rocket up their you know what a great place to stay.
